Hii I need help

Hi friends, i need help so badly..

you know Psp=praint shop pro
that before i did download so and i use it for 60 days..it gone then i try REDOWNLOAD again , everything is alright i really excited.. it said you re expire ( wrong spelling i am not good at spelling lol) i cant redownload it.. i tried tried but it wont redownload..
i see some people can redownload Psp that is not fair for me.. 😭how i can redownload Psp..
someone please tell me!!!
