Well we get educated through parents mostly but my maulvi saheb taught what to learn surah by heart before praying then knowing azaan times n then u get to learn eventually as u pray.
Nafl is optional prayers and we say surahs in heart not aloud,we are not allowed to speak except imam or maulvi in masjid who lead prayer.
Women can pray at home without any hassle of going out of home at azan time for men its optional everyday but on fri they have to go except for old or disabled, we have benefit of praying lying on bed sitting for those who cannot stand or ill.In Islam its ease not burden on anyone that one cannot fulfill.Way of life with reason.
About chart sunnah is what prophet saw used to pray, then farz is obligatory prayer and nafl is optional.
We pray accordingly nafls at nights or day for making dua as well.

ummm...remember back when we were at school and we used to be taught rhymes and poems and paragraphs and we remembered them? That's how we remember Surah. We study it and it's meanings are told to us and we learn it by heart. In most non-arabic muslim households a maulvi sahab is assigned by our parents who teaches us the Quran, how to pray and other religious teachings. He either comes to our house 2/3 days a week for an hour or two or we go to his place since from the time we are six or seven years old. Before that, since from the time we start understanding everything, we see our elders pray five times a day and so by the time our maluvi starts teaching us, we usually know the drill: maybe not the Surah by heart, but the bodily movements if you know what I mean. As we practice praying since from the time we are young, it doesn't seem difficult for us at all. On the contrary it's quite meditative. When I sit down to pray and am very stressed out, by the time I am done with prayers I feel relaxed.

There are 5 farz prayers at certain days. Farz means they have to be done regardless
Then there are nafl, these are for extra deeds.

Sunnat is something the prophet did but isnt farz.

Hope this helps.

Well all of our members have said something of great importance
Now I wanna add something

There's a rule in us I don't know if all follow this

But after we become 9 or 10 we have to pray five times a day and if we don't do it like no I'm not feeling well today I'll not pray then the parents can even punish you for that

So it's pretty much say the prayer or get the cold shoulder

And like most children after praying regularly even for 7 days it becomes a habit so then no cold shoulder and you'll pray namaz on your own😊
