What she said about Apu isn't wrong but I detest Priyanka being some ambassador for Indians in America. She says anything for attention so I can't take her seriously in anything. Right now she's busy going around talking about Megan Markle and the royal wedding, claimed to have tried out lesbianism, is willing to date a guy who smokes weed and would enjoy s&m. And btw that was all in a 5 minute clip I came across. In India, she's a UP Bareily ki ladki, etc.

Simpsons makes fun of Chinese, Italian people as well. It might not be right but its not exclusive to Indians. And i am sure Priyanka made up the story about being teased, she falsifies her accounts a lot just to fit in.
