because without zoya he won't survive .

she is his punching bag and her words do affect him ...

he lets his anger out in front of her

if she dies how will he do that ..

maybe becos he ws going to commit crime of one night stand with bar girl had it not been for noor's call for zoya.. indirectly zoya saved him frm stooping to new low.. if time pe noor ka call nhi aata to he wud have given in to the seduction of the girl n then next day he wud not have been able to face himself..

I think what Aditya meant by Zoya saving him is : first indirectly Zoya saved him through Noor not to get swayed by tht girl in the club

Second I think tht this act of Zoya riled up Aditya so badly tht finally he realizes tht the way he was behaving with Zoya before the suicide attempt is NOT right. She did not deserve his agression, hatred and what not becoz she is going through the same pain as him and tht has helped Aditya mellow down a little towards Zoya. The new promo is proof of tht

Well, one night stand is not a crime as long as the guy and the gal indulge in it with full consent.

Actually speaking, alongwith Zoya, Mahi too saved Aditya indirectly from making that mistake. If Mahi wouldn't have instigated Noor against Aditya then Noor would have never called him. 😆
