I feel Zoya cut her wrist in her home and not Aditya's home because she was standing in front of the mirror holding her wedding dress and jewelry so they obviously won't be there in Aditya's house. I think Zoya closed the door and Noor in panic called Aditya and he pushed the door open. He was wearing another shirt and even had a haircut😆 so it's probably the next day morning when Zoya didn't respond.

Yash's mom is so confusing. On one hand, she blames her DIL for her son's affair and death and on the other hand, is worried for her and even agrees to go with Noor to look for her. Either she is doing it so that people won't blame her or she still has some kind of pity and concern for Zoya.

I don't think that's Adi's home either as she had her personal belongings with her. But Noor may not call Adi the next day as that's too much blood loss. People die out in few hrs of blood loss right? So I think its that night itself. He may have changed clothes after Zo left and maybe could not sleep so went to her place. Noticed the haircut as well 😆 but thought that may not be part of the plot but HC might have done that for himself 😆

I think Yash's mom is the typical saas. Same like Zo is blind to Yash's faults, matashree may too be blind to his faults. Like Zo blamed Pooja in the 2nd epi after they died saying Pooja is abla and may be victim of domestic abuse, Yash's mom too is comfy throwing accusations around than blaming her own recently dead son as characterless. My mom is blind to my many faults yaar! Mom's ka dna kuch aisa hai.

Maybe Zoya cut her wrist in the wee hours of the morning. The whole night she was thinking about Yash, his bewafai, Aditya's words about the affair etc., and finally she decided to end her life. When Zoya didn't open the door, Noor might have called Aditya because he was the only person she knows after Mahi and Madhu in Mumbai who can come immediately and help them. Ab Coffee Nawaz ka phone no. toh nahi hai na uske paas. 😉
