I don't know whether it's just me but the level of comfort Aditya and Zoya share equal parts amazes as well as weirds me out...there is just no hesitancy whenever they hold or touch each other, that kind of ease comes after having years of knowing each other or trusting each other deeply.

Zoya is really innocent and shy but when it comes to Aditya her body language speaks volumes...she has this whole fetish of grabbing with ninja speed Aditya's wrist whenever she wants to get her point 😆 across, though i am not complaining if i was in zoya's place i would have held on to Aditya's hand forever (c'mon who can deny Harshad's hands are a work of art all those nerves protruding along his arms).
What can i say about Aditya when it comes to Zoya this guy has no sense of personal space ...in his mind i guess he already knows she is future Mrs. Hooda so he is always around her and doesn't believe in any distance between them😆.

True Harshad and Zoya's bonding and comfort level reflects in their scenes😊 but according to the story, characters also where they should be uncomfortable with each other considering they have the most unusual relationship due to their spouse's cheating they still exude a certain familiarity with each other.

HC did say they knew each other for long but could not get together for a show earlier. And HC also keeps his personal life/friends away from camera so we may not have known these two are friends for so long.
Like if you see behind the scenes, Harshjen don't have any issues with crossing personal space and have a great time shooting together laughing almost always in every shot. She was literally laughing falling on him during the couch scene and he was holding her. I love a clean, pure friendship between leads and these two bring that comfort level to life. But HC always behaves like that with co-stars as he says if they are made comfy off screen it will show on screen.

On screen the characters are bonded in their minds as they know no matter what they cannot delete their relationship as it is etched in pain and loss. So they already have that comfy body language with each other like its nothing new or weird. He finds it okay to hold her, shake her etc but when she held his hand he was surprised. And Zo did a great job not shying away from touching him when she was scared. even though they should be strangers because of their cruel fates, they have not been strangers since they met in their hearts. That's a bond they don't share with anyone else in their lives.

You are absolutely spot on with your analysis. I've been harping on about this in various threads in the past few days but you've articulated what I wanted to say so succinctly. This love/hate trope is done to death on Indian telly where the male lead has this innate need to be there for the FL but wears a veneer of hatred/indifference to show how their souls are connected and all that jaz. For instance, there was this undercurrent of intimacy in the scene where Adi was going psychotic on Zoe in the collage room when there shouldn't have been any?
I don't even ship the two actors off screen like some fans do in here and on other social networking sites. So I think my views are objective to a great extent. I think these things are inexplicable and sometimes two actors just click irrespective of the equation they share off screen.
