Mrs.hooda(anjana) might be behind the accident

In the previous episodes the scene where sakshi wanted to make kheer we can clearly see in her words that anjana was in so much pain beacause of her husbands betrayal and I can also feel how much she loves adi and I can also sense that she can do anything for her sons given a chance she can even use harsh words to Sakshi .so I doubt that anjana is behind the accident and as you all know in Indian dramas the villain will be the least expected person what you all think people ,I just don't want her to be negative ...
