Theory 1

Yash- pooja decided to divorce there spouses .
Yash signs it but pooja doesn't means pooja was still in a fix may be pregnancy might have triggered her
She got pregnant with Adi she was still thinking
Either she was deciding or forgot to sign or she got to know something about hooda's

Yash signed it

Sakshi exchanged the paper with signed one to show pooja didn't

Therory 3

Yash didn't sign but sign was some how tampered
Siddiqui has hand in this

Pooja signed it but papers were replaced.

If they show Pooja had an affair with yash and pregnant by adi child then TRP audience Don't accept the show .

I have a feeling senior Hooda may be behind the divorce paper fiasco. He did mention a couple of episodes back that he'd 'handle Zoya' and that he'd done more than what was necessary. It might have been this. Whether or not Yash and Pooja had an affair, I find it odd that they'd start with divorce procedures without even talking to their respective spouses about it. I mean, you wouldn't just shove divorce papers into your spouse's face out of the blue and let it do the talking for itself. Harshvardhan might have managed to get a forged signature of Yash on those papers and left Pooja's as it was just to deceive Aditya into believing that Pooja was innocent so that his rage wanes out.
