Noor seems upset or crying. I think Zoya ended up in hospital after seeing the morphed pics of Yash-Pooja or after receiving the divorce papers.

TFS ..I think the stress will get to her ..Adi yelling at the birthday ..then the morphed pics and then divorce ..poor girl ..she doesn't deserve all this ..particularly if all is fake information!

But Adi is there and so is noor - some solace! noor might reveal to him what made her celebrate the birthday ..

Regarding birthday everyone warned her no 2 do so , noor said it may worsen things b/w u & adi but she still went on . I think morphed pic will not make much effect on her coz she earlier also saw pic of poosh in supermarket.

I guess its divorce paper with yash sIGN on it which shattered her.

i m sure she landed up in hospital due to divorce papers.. till nw she ws very sure her yash ws innocent n loved only her.. this sudden divroce papers will shatter her thinking, trust n belief all at once.. so she may get the shock of her life n faint..

I really hope this is the reason and not adi. And if the is the reason then finally she will out of the Yash la la Land but hope the reason is not adi. I mean we kbkn that the kidnapping track is coming so hopefully like the rain incident adi will not do anything that will land her in hospital. A big big no no to that
