Maybe in his mind, this is his way of getting compensated for or getting pay-back for the hurt he received from his father. Like his father didn't care to be a good parent and so now he has no qualms about using his father's money in whatever way he wants.
At some point, I would like Adi to become more responsible in this aspect.
