Episode bank?

What exactly is the episode bank of the show? I know when they started they had about 2-3 weeks worth of episodes (HarshJen live chat on the premiere date was the office scene where they first met Bella). But today's interviews and off screen segments all showed of stuff that is fairly close! I hope they have a good amount of episodes stacked up! I don't want the cast to be overworked and exhausted which doesn't help since they won't be able to perform fully.

I doubt they have such a huge bank anymore...

^yeah I remember that due to the extensions in Beyhadh they had overworked Jenn, she looked utterly exhausted by the time that show ended!

But it's so stupid! I don't understand how they cannot have a bank built up? I mean they had a good 2-3 weeks start in the beginning what happened?

Is that why they're using the body doubles and such for HarshJen as well? In the past few episodes I've noticed that with the side cast they're using body doubles for their scenes.

Another reason for shows not having 2-3 week epsidoes bank is TRP.. sometimes there is a need to change track immediately to arrest falling trps which ain't possible with nearly a month long of shoot already done.. production costs etc come into play.. at the end of the day PH is in the business of entertainment..

^ohh didnt even think about that! And Cinevistaas has a bad habit of not keeping enough bank of episodes I know they did same during DMG times

Cinevestaas never keep episode bank. Same thing happened during EHMMBH, Beyhadh and now Bepannah. But as someone pointed out, it helps in changing the storyline immediately but that can gove drastic changes like how it happened on one Friday episode, when Zo met Ashish at the most unexpected moment. That scene felt so out of place.
