Ashish was paid a heavy amount to leave the city. This clearly shows someone doesn't want zoya and aditya to know the truth. Had zoya talked to ashish, he might have revealed how her husband didnt cheat her. Whoever is behind all this wants adiya to think their partners cheated on them and died as accident. I think this person murdered PoSh only to make it look like they cheated on AdiYa.
Secondly, i have strong feeling its Maa in law

One of the suspects (or someone who knows/ suspects the truth) has to be either Pooja's Mom, or Adi's, because the diary was stolen from Arjun by one of them.

Papa Hooda doesn't have it, and Arjun was the one from whom it was stolen. Papa Hooda, Arjun, Zoya's dad, are all red herrings. So only two remaining here are the two women.

That dialogue between the two where Adi's Mom accuses Pooja's Mom of acting, was significant, as was the fact that Adi's Mom stopped Pooja's from leaving. My bet is on Adi's Mom having the diary, she was the one who enetered Arjun's room.

That Pooja loved Yash was clear: she said so in her diary-- the one from whome she wanted love remained a friend, and the one from whom she should have been friends with, she had begun to love. So, definitely Pooja's Mom had a vested interest.

Also, Pooja was either pregnant, or had a disease that she wanted to keep secret. It is a blooper: Arjun should have enquired more into it, he did look surprised. If he would have come with Pooja, the nurses would have recognised him, so Pooja either came alone, or with someone else. To find out what happened to her, Arjun should logically figure out why Pooja came to the hospital and if she came alone.

As to the person in the hoodie, it could be someone sent by Mahi, because Mahi saw that photo of Yash and Adi in the same frame, and may have got all the info out of Ashish--question there would be where did she get all that money?

I think, in the end, it would emerge that a lot of them wanted Pooja dead, but the incident was an accident, after all. Pooja may have loved Yash, but Yash may not have reciprocated-- which is why the 5 crores, the paintings and the holding of Yash's hand as she died. Yash may have just been trying to help her, because she had supported him and his company.

Personally, I'd like for the story to involve both of them having cheated.

So far, though, we've heard Pooja's side of the story, where she clearly was cheating, at least emotionally. We don't know about Yash: the entire suspicion so far is based on the ring, which could be a red herring.

But yeah, with all Zoya's incessant crying, I want Yash to have cheated on her, and for her to wake up and not trust everyone blindly.

Well, I'd be very happy to discover that they were cheating. This would let the Adiya story build up from a clean slate.

i totally agree .
po-yash were not cheating
may be they ended it but 3rd person took advantage and bumped them now putting po as negative and divorce paper proves that .

po giving contract to some one else proves she ended the relationship with yash
