What is Avni's problem?

I honestly do not understand why she's separating herself from Neil - especially now that Vidyut is dead...

Avni has psychological problems since childhood due to which most of the times she takes wrong decisions

I doubt she herself knows where she is going ..lol. Her character is coming out as being lost and completely nuts... lost focus on what she even wants. Purely at her mercy. She is a totally messed up character.
