well I am not sure if that was the reason but as they showed in the preview that he opens a file and read something there which leads him to heart attack..and in the real scene he tries to finger at the file when he was about to be taken to the hospital...so i believe that he must have seen Vinay's papers in that file about going to America...

ya it was due 2 vinay's paper aastha dad wnet into such a bad situation ........thnkfully aastha's dad realsie but i fidn ehr mom 22 lame 2 still aks vinay ke kya yeh sab sach hai dats how partial of ehrrr
