Why doesn't Zoya fund her own bail?

Mahi says zoya has been left everything. Mahi and mom have nothing. they would have to sell her mom's bangles to make bail. Fair enough. that's the truth. But Zoya is not without means. Her accounts haven't been frozen. and if there's nothing in her bank, then she can go to daddy. or if she has too much self respect for that, she can fund it herself. After all she has a massive diamond ring that she can pawn. or sell. Why not give that to Mahi and not be a burden on her in laws?

I don't know much about bailing stuff but I think she needs to get a lawyer first to get herself bailed out. My knowledge is very limited. I have seen in other serials that normally a lawyer bails people out. Maybe Zoya had no idea about this and Mahi easily fooled her by saying that she doesn't have money.

Agreed. Zoya may not know enough about how to go about applying for bail. But when Mahi says she doesn't have enough money to apply. Surely, then Zoya should have said "here take my money. not yours."

That is what baffles me. or then Zoya should openly announce she'd rather stay in jail than pawn the ring Yash gave her, for sentimental reasons.

The way Zo has been brought up by her father I don't think she has even been inside the jail and know much about law or lawyers and this bailing stuff but yeah she could have given money to Mahi for her bail 😆

I agree that Zoya doesnt have much idea about how things work. She has been pampered first by her father then Yash. She is too sentimental and uses her emotions to make decisions. I guess it didnt even occur to her that she has so much money and she can bail herself. She thinks in the moment and not in solving the problem. For example in the previous episode, where the people for the wedding arrangements didnt turn up she panicked. Until her sister called and gave her an idea she already gave up and was crying hysterically. And that was by mere chance.
