I didn't think I'd be writing this prem pattar so soon but kya kare *sighs* it's a long rant please bear with me 😆
Dear cvs,
When I started watching this show, I expected lots of shirtless scenes, eye locks, catches and falls and if time was left some story as well. But when this show started I was pleasantly surprised to find there was actually a story worth telling and something worth watching apart from hcs wonderfully transparent shirts ;) (which btw are a treat to sore eyes) .
First things first , coming to Aditya Hooda. Man kya fursat se Tarasha hai is namoone ko, har glimpse pe Mashaallah kehne ka man karta hai. ☺️In a tv full of MCPs ( I am guilty of loving one as well. Andha pyaar and all 🤣. Those were the days *blushes*) you made a human. And it's that human we fell in love with in a matter of few days of knowing him. ❤️
The guy who is pissed at the world but stands between a heartbroken girl and her in laws in a shamshaan ghat.👏
The guy who wants to make her life hell but apologises for standing too close to her in the lift. 😳
The guy who gets down a car when he's pissed instead of throwing the girl out. 😲
Who wants to teach the girl a lesson but doesn't leave her alone by giving her interns.😲
Who saves her izzat from leaches.👏
The guy who wants Zoya to lose but won't win at the cost of siding with two faced people like Mahi. 😆
He doesn't push her but gives his hand to pick her up. 👏
He wants to win but not at the cost of ruining someone's marriage and dreams 😃
He didn't lock her on the terrace but feels guilty even though it wasn't intentional. I can go on and on. 😳
Here's a guy filled with rage and conflicting emotions, played by a guy who can emote with his eyes and it's such a treat to watch this multi faceted character come life.
Thank you for bringing Aditya Hooda into our lives, but can we please tone down on the manhandling, physical violence and anger issues!!! Like right now maybe. We aren't in a chaar billi show after all.. Itni manhandling to Sahir bhi nahi karta tha by god *dramatic sigh* There are other ways to bring the leads closer ;) and it's off putting. And Adi dude doesn't need to manhandle Zoya to prove his point he does that far better with his tongue...I mean his words 🤣 dirty people I tell you 🤣
Coming to the main reason for this pathar I mean patra I am throwing your way is A certain someone whose name shall not be taken. I just wanted to remind you dear cvs, that this is bepannaah 1.0 not saathiya 2.0. We are here to watch AdiYa. Not expressionless ahem part 2 with a eternally crying Gopi vau part 2. Keeping aside all my biases, AdiYa and HarshJen are the reason most of us signed up for this show. Please for the sake of all the tv gods do not ruin their scenes to show hallucinations of afore mentioned someone. It ruins the essence of the entire scene. And it's really in bad taste to show the lead hallucinating someone else in the other lead. How are we supposed to enjoy their scenes if she keeps thinking of someone else in that place. I don't want them to fall in love. But I don't want their moments to be marred by past ghosts either. Their bond should be about them only, what they do to each other and how they react to Each other.They need to move forward. We crib and cry and forward random fbs to put up with the love for your love character, but this is beyond my patience level.
All the justifications of Yash fbs being needed to forward the story where was the need to add that damned sequence in the dance. It was not at all needed. Neither was that damned ghost pep talk any help since all it did was push Zoya in the rain to save the phone which almost got her killed. *claps* even the ghost of this guy is useless 🤣
What next? Yash/Zoya sr, yash ka fav food, fav chashma,fav shoe...enough with the Yash Puraan please. He's dead. Let him stay dead. Let's get to the interesting bits. AdiYa bond strengthens. Zoya being independent. Adi being not so destructive. AdiYa bonding with their families and each other's families. The murder mystery, And less lot less crying and random strawberry/egg/tomato etc etc flashbacks.
