The fact that she hasn't slapped him or pushed him away physically each time he has grabbed her, pushed her up against a wall... and gets close to her and so on... just lets you see that Vedika is affected and few steps/linese has been cross... but not THAT line has been crossed which Sahil wants... her acceptance and for her to confess and be with him etc That Line still remains, and should do so UNTIL Vedika chooses to...
