I would certainly want AvNeil to adopt Mowgli as their child, but not as their biological one. There are mainly three reasons for it. First and foremost,

Avni grew up without a father figure for almost her entire life. Won't it be unfair on her part if she kept their child away from his/her father fully aware how depressed the child will be psychologically.

Second, Neil will be infuriated all the more. As if Avni leaving him wasn't enough she separated their child from him. No father would ever want that. Anger will over power all other soft emotions he has for Avni.

Third, the child himself will be shocked to know about his parents. Mowgli is one such boy who roams around her calling her 'Jaan didi'. Imagine how hurt he would if comes to know that Avni is his mother not any legal guardian and Neil, whom he addresses as Superman, is actually is his father. What will he be going through, won't he feel cheated, deceived by his own mother.

So, yeah these are the reasons why I don't want Mowgli to be AvNeil's pillu. Let them adopt him, show that world that a child need not be a biological one to love him. That would be truly a nayi soch. Instead of showing a crappy 18 turned teenager getting pregnant due to her and only her stupidity.
