There is no should, could, would or anything in this situation. If Bollywood stops working with criminals, so many big names would be jobless. As I said before, BW is home to all scums. They all have skeletons in their closets. Be it their most respected actor Amitabh Bachchan or Sanjay Dutt. But instead of boycotting, these criminals get tributes and biopics made on them as if they are some hero.

With a criminal record you cannot hold employment in many professions, this question is also posed for travel and often people with convicted criminal records reject their visa applications. Nowadays you don't even have to be convicted, many times I see a question "Have you been charged for a crime".

I agree that certain professions do not employ you if you have a criminal record. But there are many which do. If not, how will those who served their time ever go on to make their livelihood?

I don't see any problem with it. Bollywood criminals, be it human and animal killers, women abusers, desh drohis, are also beautiful humanbeings. as long as janta loves them, they did not harm any of their family members, who cares.
pls let them shine in Bollywood. also, you gotta see their capabilities. if they are capable of delivering ATBB, then its good for Bollywood. it gives Bollywood that much needed solid business. so yeah..all good, hire them and keep them, no harm at all.

No
They can be hired only after they have served their sentence.
If they get off without punishment then NO, they shd not be hired.or promoted in any way

As for those who serve their sentence and return to society they shd be given a 2nd chance if they have truly repented their crimes and served proper sentence for the same.
In the case of criminals from other professions also they are given 2nd chance in life so they can get their life back on track again...unless they are repeat offenders.

Arey sir modi never had a criminal case against him
Even though opposition ruled for 10 years , had supreme Court SiT , ngos and mainstream media trying to found any evidence against him.

It's such a complicated matter. It should depend on the crime. Do I think rapists and murderer's deserve a second chance? No! But there are other offenses where I do think the person deserves a do over in life. My movie loving heart loves Robert Downy jr. and thinks the world would've been a little less wonderful if he wasn't given a chance again.
Also people need to STOP looking at celebrities as role models. They have always had some of the most f**ked up lives.
