Sometimes for the daily soap purpose these characters are little bit over dramatized but they are not totally wrong in their thoughts. Taiji was up to mild taunting till she started doubting. Now she is somewhere sure that something is wrong with naina and she is right we all know.

Sometimes we forget that sameer was really a spoilt brat. He was rude, angry and he even bet on girls emotions. Not everyone has seen his humane side like naina mundit n nanu. For an outsider his image is bad. Personally o feel even Rakesh hate him not out of some personal selfishness but he truly feels sameer is a bad boy. And he has enough evidence to prove his point. Dadi is same. She has slightly personal disliking for sameer as he is vishakhas kid but if sameer was like Rohan all good and obedient she wouldn't hv done things to torture him.

I agree with you Minu...Dadi ki wajah se hi agar Sameer ki life me thoda discipline aa jaye to would be good. Agree she is not a good person at heart, but still uske bache kuche baal dhoop me to safed nahi huye hain. I liked that she did not want him to have pizza- that was needed though the things that led to it were not.

Here dadi is completely wrong and Taiji is right to some extent.

Reason:
Dadi is doing everything to Sam only to send him out of their house as she never want him to be a part of their family. When intention is wrong how can she is right. For Rohan also, so much praising in front of a teenager is not at all good as he has only started his journey of life , destination is long away. So much praising will only make him weak to face a little failure in life. Strictness is good for student life and they need to have a basic timetable to follow but when it is like Rohan's it is not acceptable as too much of anything is bad.

Taiji is right to keep the children of the house under control so that they don't do any mistake which will prove fatal for them and for the elders too. This is very natural for the seniors of the family. But here she is wrong in her approach. She is always insults Naina about her looks and always try to prove that she is good for nothing. It only hurt a teenagers moral strength. Naina is a girl to treasure. She is welbehaved, talented, honest and respectful towards others. But Taiji never told a word of appreciation which is also wrong. When you cannot appreciate one's goodness then you lost your right to correct her. Who loves you only he/she has the right to correct you. Always shouting, blaming is not the way to correct someone, sometimes you need to hug her with love too. Which is done by chahaji and chachiji. For this reason, Naina respects chahaji most and she will bounce back again to life to restore chachaji's trust and respect. I am sure that this failure will prove to be a pillar of success to Naina.
