U know even YRKKH didn't dare to show it. Long back a kid named Chikki was introduced in the show her relatives used to torcher her so she ran away from home and Akshara found her.Later when they all find out about her cruel relatives and filled a case against them. Even though she was close to Akshara they didn't dare to show Naitik n Akshara adopting that 8 years old instead they showed Naitik's parent adopting her. Akshara already had Naksh by then still they didn't show them adopting.

And see here they made AvNeil parent of an 18 year old brat when they never had a normal married life and neither a kid of their own. And I think they will never have one of their own.
