Secret Societies, An AdiYa ff

Chapter 2

Mumbai, India.

It was close to 5 pm and Zoya Siddiqui was preparing to leave the office. Today she spent whole day in preparing the report of her last mission. Obviously, she found that boring, but at the same time she knew keeping written record was necessary for a spy organization. She also hoped that, her written report would become helpful one day for other agents.

"Zoya madam abhi bhi kar rahi ho?" Suddenly she heard a female voice.

"Na bas jahi rahi thi kam complete karke, lekin tum batao tum achanak kis liye?" Zoya expressed her surprise after suddenly seeing her friend Pooja into her office.

" Yehi aa rahi thi. Head ne bulaya mujhe kaha kutch jaroori kam hein, sirf mujhe hi nahi Kolkata, Delhi, Chennai, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Allahabad, Ahmadabad, Bhopal, Patna, Chandigarh, Gawhati, Kochi, Rajasthan se bhi best best agents ko bulaya. Boss se mujhe kutch hi dher pahele hi baat hwi thi, usne kaha 15 major branch se 30 agents ko wo brief karenge." Pooja informed her.

"15 branches se 30 agents, pata nahi meri naam uss mein hoga ya nahi." Zoya expressed her doubt about whether she would be among 30 selected raw agents who would listen the briefing.

"Off course tum rahoge. Tum meri dost iss liye nahi keh rahi hu, tumhari success rate, har mission ke liye tumhari jo nishtha hein usse dekke mujhe pura yakeen hein ki tum uss list mein rahogI." Pooja expressed her confidence on Zoya.

" Accha meri baat choro, aur tumhari baat batao, kab batate rahe ho Yash ko apne dil ki baat?" Zoya demanded to know when Pooja would confess her feelings to Yash.

" Zoya, pata nahi, man mein ajeeb sa ek shanka hein. Mein nahi janti uske dil mein kya hein. Ha wo mere saat comfortable hein lekin ye to sirf dosti bhi ho sakti hein.

Zoya tum Yash ki sabse acche dost hone ki nate jante ho, Yash kitna introvert hein, iss agency mein uska dost hum dono jodke panch se chay honge. Iss liye mein nahi janti ki Yash meri dil ki baat ko samjhega ya nahi, mujhe ye baat bhi sata raha ki shayed Yash iss waqt koi relationship ke liye tayyar nahi hein."

Pooja explained why she was hesitating in expressing her feelings to Yash.

"Pooja mujhe lagti hein ki tum zaroorat se zyda soach rahi ho, ha Yash thoda introvert hein, lekin mujhe lagti hein ki wo andar hi andar tumhe pasand bhi karti hein.

Pooja zindegi ka koi bharosa nahi hoti, aur hum jaisi raw agents' ke liye to zindegi aur bhi unpredictable hein. Iss liye zindegi mein kushi ki koi mauka haat se gawna nahi chahiye.

Pooja meri hisab se payyar ek insan ki zindegi ki sabse bari kushi hoti hein, uss kushi pal ko mehasos karne ke liye thodI si risk to lena padegi tumhe." Zoya tried to motivate her friend to express her feelings.

"Zoya, mujhe pata nahi thi ki meri dost aab master spy ki saat aab love garu bhi ban chuki hein. To Miss Love garu ye bataye tum kab payyar ke raho mein chalogii, kab ayega tumhari zindegi mein tumhari humsafar." Pooja asked her friend about her love life.

" Nahi janti mein kab payyar meri zindegi mein dastak degi, Pooja tum to janti ho meri zindegi ka ek panna mein abhi bhi close nahi kar payi aur wo hein meri parents ki maut ki rahosya.

Jab tak mein uss rahosya ka hal na kar lo mujhe nahi lagti ki mein kisi bhi payyar ke rishte mein khud ko commit kar sakongi." Zoya told Pooja why there was no love in her personal life.

"Zoya mein tumhe 15 saal ki umar se janti hu. Mein janti hu tumhare dil mein aaj bhi Uncle -Aunt ko khone ki darad hein. Mein samaj ti hu ki jis halat mein undono ki maut hui thi wo bahut mysterious aur uski mystrey ki haal aaj tak nahi likla.

Zoya pichle chay saal se tumne har ek case ko liya jo ancient past, mythology, code, aur symbol se juri ho iss umid ke saat ki shayed tumhe uncle aunti ki murder case koi clue mil jaye.

"Pooja kutch dard aisI hoti hein ki wo jitnI bhi purani ho jaye lekin uski ehasas hamari dil mein rehata jata hein. Ammi-Abbu ki maut ka bhut saal gujar gaye, bahut sare logo ne mujhe kaha beti waqt ko mauka do wo tumhari sari darad ko mita degi ek din.

Lekin aisa nahi hui Pooja. Kutch dard ke saat insan ka itni gheri rishta ban jati hein ki waqt bhi uss insan ko uss darad se alag nahi kar pati.

Tumme kahi mujhe zindegi mein aage barne chahiye, Pooja meine bahut koshish ki uss yaad ko bhulane ki, lekin koi baat nahi bani.

Pooja meine shuni thi ki waqt kisi ke liye bhi nahi thamti, lekin meri zindegi mein waqt ne khud ko unnish saal pahele thama li. 19 saal pahele ki uss din ke baad koi bhi aisa raat nahi thi jis mein maine uss din ki bare soachI nahi hu. Wo" " ki nishan meri liye aaj bhi ek paheli ban kar rahe gayi.

Kyun ammu-abbu ki dead bodies ki karib wo nishan tress mein thi. Kya mayne thi uss nishan ki hamari ammu-abbu ki maut ki saat. Zoya told Pooja how moving on in life was impossible for her without solving the mystery of her parent's death.

" Zoya, mein nahi janti mujhe aab kya bolni chahiye. Lekin meri GOd se yahi gujarish rahegi ki jald tumhe tumhari sawal ki jawab mil jay aur jald hi tumhare zindegi mein koi aye jo tumhari zindegi mein ek naya rang le aasake." Pooja told Zoya.

Aditya was sitting in his office impatiently for last two hours. The eye-witness was still unconscious and the Indian Embassy told him that, the death of their second secretary Lalit Tyagi was a very sensitive matter and therefore a high official from the embassy would talk with him later after getting instructions from Indian Government.

On the other hand, Victoria went to collect the medical report of Lalit's dead body. He was expecting the medical report would confirm his assessment.

Aditya also had to phone his mother and told her how he would not able to meet her due to handling an emergency case. Off course, his mother understood his difficulties but Adi could still feel disappointment in her voice.

"Give your brain some rest Agent Hooda." Victoria suddenly spoke after entering into Adi's office.

"A FBI agent should always keep his/her mind active Agent Lopez. Now quickly tell me what you get from the medical report?" Prem asked Victoria.

"Adi, I know why you are so anxious to know about the medical report. You want a boost to your ego. Ok, you were right; the victim was indeed killed by the single cut around his belly region. Now, you tell me what Indian embassy is saying?" Victoria asked Aditya.

"They are taking time. One junior officer told me that, the killing of Lalit Tyagi is a sensitive matter for Indian embassy and because of that, they will send a senior official after getting instruction from Indian government." Prem informed Victoria.

"It seems like Indian Embassy is also very shocked after hearing the death news of their second secretary. Victoria remarked.

"May be they are genuinely shocked or they are hiding something serious."Adi commented.

"You are always suspicious about motives of people Agent Hooda." Victoria told Adi.

"We are FBI agents Victoria, suspecting people's motive should be in our DNA." Adi smiled at Victoria after saying that.

"Ok, Mr. Hooda, I concede, nobody can win against you in an argument. Adi am thinking about one thing you told me after checking victim body."Victoria told Adi.

"What it is, Victoria? Adi asked her.

"The symbol of "" in 4 tress which is around the dead body. It seems like it is a work of a secret society." Victoria remarked.

"You are absolutely right the working style resembles to a secret society.Adi replied.

"Aditya, you mostly handle the case which is extraordinary in nature from the beginning of your career. You deal with various symbols, codes, and secret organizations. Therefore, can you give me a brief history about secret societies? I find the whole thing fascinating. "Victoria requested Aditya.

"Secret society is not a modern phenomenon, it is an ancient thing. Even in the ancient Babylon, there was existence of a secret society. The rulers of ancient Egypt were themselves pioneer of an ancient secret society where selected elites hide various knowledge about science and arts from general public.

In 9th century during crusade, few selected young man built an organization name knight of templar. From that period until 1403, the Knights were an influential secret society in France.

However, in 1403 king of France along with Vatican declared those Knights as betrayer of faith. Majority of the members along with leaders of knights were burnt alive publicly.

Nevertheless, it is speculated that, some of the Knights escaped from France to Britain and after that, they established a secret society named free mason.

Many people think that from this period of time till today the free masons which ultimately divided into various factions influenced various political, economic, social events in the Europe.

Even in our country, various secret societies existence is proven. One of them is skull and bones society. This society is built to create future elites from the students of Yale University that comes from influential family.

The skull and bones society operates in secret. Their meeting room is called the tomb. The whole room is usually full with human skulls and bones.

The skull and bones society has reported to have some strange secret rituals also like lying naked in a coffin, Mud fighting, doing strange dances that resembles to satanic dances.

Three US presidents were members of skull and bones society and they are President Traft, President George Bush Sr., and President George Bush Jr.

In 1999 president Bush jr. in his autobiography told, "In my senior year I joined skull and bones a secret society so secret I can't say anything more."

Another secret society named tri lateral commission was behind the rise of former President Jimmy Carter, who joined the society in 1972.

Within four years of his joining in that society, he became president. The tri lateral commission was very much powerful in Carter administration. President Bush sr. was reportedly backed by a secret society named council of foreign relation, another former US President Bill Clinton was reportedly favorite of another secret society named Builder berg group.

Victoria, even today, various secret societies are working in this country. Members of various secret societies may be still found today in various sectors of society like politics, business, media, sports, arts.

Now, I am not saying all those secret societies are inherently bad, many ordinary members of these secret societies are just good people in nature.

Nevertheless, you know the road to hell goes through good intention. Those secret societies may think that, what they are doing will ultimately benefit the whole human kind. However, sometimes in the pursuit of greater good they may do some bad stuff.

Now, the symbol of " is not associated with secret societies like skull and bones, council of foreign relations or tri lateral commission. Therefore, we can assume that, this secret society is different from others. Nevertheless, each secret society has some common traits so we have to study their files too to get new clues.

Now, I was searching for similar cases where " symbol was found in four tress around the dead body. You will not believe that what I found." Adi told Victoria.

"What are your findings, Adi?" Victoria asked Adi in curious voice.

"In last 20 years this " " symbols on four tress were seen around dead bodies in six cases."Adi told Victoria.

"Now Adi, it certainly looks like a secret society is involved." Victoria commented.

"Yes, now I am sure that, a secret society is indeed involved with this murder.

You know what is more interesting that, our victim is the third Indian who died in this manner. 19 years ago An Indian man named Wasim Siddiqui and his wife Sanjedda Siddiqui was found dead mysteriously and freshly drawn " " symbol was found on four trees around their dead bodies.

Now, we have to investigate whether our victim Lalit Tyagi was somehow involved with Wasim and Sanjeeda Siddiqi." Prem remarked.
