Please do not consider this a bashing post. Merely very upset and cudnt resist anymore and hv decided to quit watching this show, hence decided to pen down this post and wanted to know if others in this forum also feel the same.

Since Hina Khan left this show ,Yeh Rishta... Is not the same as before. Akshara was the soul . There was an innocence, purity in her which is absent in this new actress . Though I m fond of the chemistry between kaira , but I find something missing with Naira. I am not sure if it's the character that she plays which is irritating to the core or if the actress is not able to characterise it well, but Many Yeh Rishta fans have quit this show bcz of this irritating yet innocent cute portrayal of Naira.

Again wanted to mention, this is just my view and opinion. May not necessarily match yours.

Wanted to know if anyone here feels the same . Constructive feedback and opinion wil be appreciated whereas trolls will be ignored

I did not watched earlier due to hinas overacting.

Same applies for Shivangi too.

Not the actress but the character getting excessively preachy and trying to be excessively "cute" (i would prefer callingbit childish) , or the voice modulation most of the time makes me cringe.

Akshara had a better characterization in the first 6 yrs of the show , she too became preachy at one point , but that was 6yrs after the show started. Naira got preachy as soon as akshara died.

The show has lived its life and other than recycling same old tracks i think they should try to do some damage control or end the show.

P.s.: if u consider me a troll, i dont really mind cuz kaira fans consider anybody who is either keesh fan or comments something they dont like under tellybuzz articles as trolls.

I respect your opinion. But atleast it was worthwhile watching this show with Akshara. Naira makes me cringe😕

Ya I agree. May be not the actress, it's the character which comes of as pukeworthy and makes me cringe

How can Anyone find Naira's immaturity , childish behaviour and constant preaching, as "Cute" ?

Makes are recycling the same old track. Bye bye Good for nothing show. I have had enough

Yeah you are right at your perspective.

But as a viewer since naira time I'm much liking the character also the actress work too, I so feel she is natural artist especially at this young age.

Character might be irritating for some but some enjoy the potrayal of character also.

yrkkh started in 2009 I remember watching some of the episodes but after never felt like watching may be at that age such drama never worked for me and more about the show and hina i cannot talk much coz only one or two scenes of her i watched and i didnt like so discontinued but she was successful coz others found her good. So same with new actress also, shivangi is been liked many not by some it's all depend on people choice and likes.

So actress have the charm but some don't like it some do.

I will loudly say it's her shivangi with her acting grabbed my attention toward this show yrkkh never been my type now I do follow.

Respect your opinion. If you started watching Yeh Rishta bcz of Naira, then that's good but for me I find her too overdramatic and preachy

First time I liked her acting was when she was portrayed disliking Akshara it was a powerful portrayal of a daughter who consider her mom wrong. A daughter who was on the wrong side herself. From the hatred to innocence and determination of Naira she portrayed it all brilliantly. Yes her voice hasn't mature yet and was shrieky in 2-3 scenes than she modulated it well.

I am not talking abt performance. May be Shivangi acts well. Not questioning that. M saying It's the character that she plays which Makes me cringe

Just can't feel anything for Naira .and if being a viewer am not able to develop love or empathy for the lead actress,then it's pointless to watch this useless ghissa pita show

Yeah for me variation shivangi shown as artist is commemdable, the growth graph of her acting skill also brilliant coz she have shown improvisation, she may have to improve a lot but at her age she is doing good.

After seeing her in yrkkh I also seen some of her previous shows so I found this girl has improved a lot from then to now.

But previous female lead performance also watched intially one or two scenes and then during naira's entry time also ina a fulI fledged episodes until her death in the show I found her acting just a average..it's just my point of view
