Close on the heels of Meghna Malik aka Ammaji's exit and Avika Gor taking over from the seasoned actor to play the iconic part in 'Laado --- Veerpur Ki Mardani', the makers of the show have finalised a new hero to spruce up the drama. Actor Adhvik Mahajan, who was last seen on 'Meri Durga', will join the cast featuring Avika and Shaleen Malhotra as the lead couple, to play the parallel lead.
Talking about his character, Adhvik tells us, "I am not at the liberty of divulging too much. All I can say is that I will play a doctor on the show, who happens to be Avika's best friend."
The actor says that he took up the show because of its impressive story-line and gripping narrative. He adds, "It's a huge show, which is like a brand, and airs on a popular channel. This is the same channel, which gave me my first break in acting with the show Bani - Ishq Da Kalma."
We hear that he will help Avika in her fight against the villains on the show. Will he fall in love with her eventually, only time will tell.
