Ratan can't be Yash or a perfect male lead!

I liked yesterday's Ratan. I was disappointed the past few days with his behaviour. However, I came to a realisation. In most serials, the male lead is abusive/evil and then reforms or is a perfect husband. Ratan doesn't really belong to either category. He was insensitive over the past few days and acted really immaturely. But he has realised his mistakes and is willing to learn from them and grow up.

Ratan can't be Yash. Yash has grown up in an atmosphere of suspicion and deceit. Ratan has always been sheltered his entire life, with no parents to guide him. That doesn't justify his behaviour over the past few days, but it demonstrates that no partner can be perfect.

Though some serials show perfect male or female leads, in real life, no partner (male or female) can be perfect. Thus, marriage does involve both partners making mistakes. But the important thing is to grow from them. Constantly learning how to make the partnership of marriage work and compromising. Learning to apologise and to forgive. That's the essence of marriage. There is no perfect husband or wife.

you have to accept them the way they are!!

Ratan is trying to be perfect in one day but it is not possible. After someday he will be again what he was, i think. Sorry to say I like the immature Ratan more, not the perfect Ratan. And yes, without Ratan he is more like Yash or who is Ratan if he is not immature.

I think the same ...it was there first day so both Ratan & Diya were trying to adjust but soon ratan (more than Diya) will start getting frustrated with these adjustments and the real fun will begin then.

Yes! And that what makes this show special!
It is the truth, no partner can be perfect. And ratan over here is a protective kid since the start so how can anyone expect from him to be all mature and thoughtful!
At the same time I like this ratan, no that shouting and blaming ratan but overall this one, the guy who cares, pranks, makes fun and does innocent and cute fights with diya. And I want him to be that way.
Yash is yash, ratan is ratan. Both can never be each other.
Tabhi toh diya ki jodi ratan ke saath bani hai ๐Ÿ˜‰
