Like Maya asked Vedika, - "Kya Sahil Nahin Hai Tere Dil Mein... "
Maya was on point what she said to Vedika as she weighed in Gautam's proposal and why Vedika didnt refuse immediately and also because of Sahil.
As much as Vedika leads with her head, her heart is saying something else, if she looked deep down... and for a one moment stops thinking with her head. Sahil is there... she values him more then she knows... and it isnt JUST because he is good guy, good hearted... those are all plus points but its more.
Vedika does have feelings for Sahil... still in development though feelings are... as i said yesterday she is not there yet where Sahil is in his love and feelings for her.
Hopefully this accident will awake more feelings in her heart towards Sahil despite how much she will also run from it, ignore it, let it go, and even to the point make a haste decision to marry Gautam!
Also like to mention, the lovely scene of Sahil and Arya! nice scenes, and support!
