Seeing the OLVs and theories about the leap, Avni "marrying" vidyut and when Neil finds out Avni has "died"
It got me thinking... and here is why the leap makes perfect sense keeping Avni's characterization in mind as well as the recent SR.
Basically Avni's masterplan.
Feb 8th
We find out Neil isn't responsible for Neela's death as the gun and bullet don't match. However, upon hearing this, the Khanna family breaksdown and we see Avni and little Avni. Who says, " kyu? Bangayi family? iss family ko bachana nahi chahti?..jab tak woh hai ( vidyut) yeh family poori nahi ho gi. They will snatch someone from you.
( Is this the perfect family, don't you want to save this family...don't forget. Vidyut and Dayaben are the same, they are evil in disguise, until they are here, this family will never get completed, Vidyut will snatch someone from you again)
and right in the same scene we have the Prakash and Avni scene where he calls Avni his daughter and himself "papa".
The precap is the same one where Vidyut says I will ruin your family, Neil will be crying
conclusion:
As we can already tell, Avni isn't the most emotionally stable character, she's impulsive and reckless, and recedes into "ananya verma" whenever she feels threatened. For her, its a strong alternative ego.
The precap/promo of the week has been Viduyt threatening her family and Neil. and Avni reiterating that she won't let him win. she will destroy him.
Showing little Avni saying all this is reinstating the fear she always had and loosing Neela Ma has cemented; Avni doesnt deserve happiness. BUT the difference now is that Avni doesn't believe she doesn't deserve the happiness, its that Avni is going to fight for it, even if it means going to ends to kill vidyut and doing her own fake death.
you can already see her making a plan of something. because if there is one thing Avni Ayesha Neil Khanna doesn't do is quit.
Foreshadowing : the olv where Vidyut reenacts to show you killed Neela Ma and Prakash "papa" is holding the can. He's threatening the "father" in this perfect family. Who Avni is determined to defend.
and the olv/promo shoot where "Prakash suppposedly shoots himself" : Which if he does in reality/the actual show, would make Avni more determined to not let anyone else get hurt.
Feb 9 / SR:
To be honest, I don't think anyone was expecting the SR this soon. In fact, as per traditional tv norms, AvNeil wouldn't consummate till the villain in their lives was destroyed. But when has NK believed in norms? But it would make sense that the CVs wanted to show the viewers this "special" moment before they showed another separation. esp if Avni is suppose to be death. Neil will get to cherish this moment in memory.
What I want to focus on are the vows that she made.
1) I promise I will always stand by you, you will be my priority ( Neil before Avni).
2) You will always be in my heart, no one can take this place ( Tum Hamesha mera dil mein rahogay, Yeh jagha kisi aur ko nahi milegi)
3) this life which I got as a gift from you, I will always treasure it,
4) I got this lovely family because of you, I will fill more love in it, and our love will be my top priority.
So why are these so important?
because while I was watching the episode I was like okay, these vows are definitely written not lightly, they have some sort of double meaning to them.
1) She will put Neil before Avni. AvNeil do everything in parallels, even support/defend each other. Just like in the Jail track, Neil put Avni is Jail for her sake. He put her before him. despite knowing how much it will hurt them and she will hate him. Avni will do whatever to safeguard him/shield him from the truth rather than watch him get hurt.
foreshadowing/Olv: She will fake her death; hurt him but protect him. Put Neil before Avni
2) Tum Hamesha mera dil mein rahogay, Yeh jagha kisi aur ko nahi milegi: she needs to tell him, albeit in hidden words that no matter what will happen next, it is HE that she loves and resides in her heart. No matter if she goes with Vidyut.
Olv/foreshadowing: Avni is bridal suit and mandap set up.
3) This life is a gift: Avni intends to come back(?) No matter what position or place she will be in. she is not going to risk dying/ loosing her life. Smart Avni --yes. Mahan Avni--no.
Olv/foreshadowing: the fire OLV, where Neil is trying to save Avni from the burning house.
4) This family: Avni's highest priority right now is saving this family. and if going to vidyut is the way she can protect it. thats what she's going to make him think she is doing. This whole plan is to protect it.
Olv/foreshadowing: all these olvs. 😆 this whole fake death, 5 year leap situation
