I am mostly inactive on this forum but reading this, I couldn't stop myself from replying.
Of course, the "kaand" is more important. Alia committed MURDER. How can a person ignore a serious issue like this? Divorce is nothing compared to murder. Sure, it is mostly Param's trap. But Ishita doesn't know that for sure yet. According to what I read, she just started doubting. So, yes. Her or anybody else in her place for that matter, should focus on the death of a human being in the hands of another.
