Yes Neil is still reeling from the guilt, the way he kissed her wounds knowing exactly what she had been through in jail only added to his remorse. Neil just wants to make things right and I found that and the reversal scene to be so meaningful for his love for her, same for his family whose only mission upon her return home was to give her nothing but happiness.
No it was not just you I saw him take an interest in Ali who couldn't run far enough from him 😆 Apparently there is some twist regarding his character, I will have to watch the OLVs for myself to be sure.
I am going to miss her too but I am excited to see the new side to Avni, she is not going to resort back to old ways and Neil is going to be her rock. This family will never have her feeling she is unlucky they will be her strength and yes I am hoping Shweta will be that pillar Neela used to be for her.
I can assure you that Avni is going to evolve in this upcoming track, she won't be impulsive and that is what makes this upcoming track so interesting.

Its a challenge for any show to reach 1000 episodes so I don't blame Sandeep for not wanting to get ahead of himself. Right now it would be great if they could reach 500 episodes, that in itself is an achievement. At the moment their number one goal is to get those TRPs above the 2.0 mark, this is why they are taking this twist. I just hope they get to see their vision through.
I am wondering about that too, there was a lot of talk MB would come back to direct a few episodes I hope that is true.
