The night passed in silence. All were sitting and sleeping while ishita was wide awake and looking at Raman. She was sitting closest to raman and was holding his hand. She was looking at him and thinking -what would have happened if that person have not helped me. Thank u Murugan, thank u so much for saving my raman. She said and kissed his temple standing up a little. She lovingly caressed his face and thought -agar aapko aaj kuch ho jaata toh main khud ko kabhi maaf nahi kar paati. She thought and settle again in the chair beside him.

After long ishita slept but her mind was not at rest. She was dreaming about the fight and then Raman falling off holding his head while blood was oozing out of his head. She got scared and woke up in a jiffy. She was full of sweat,she look around and saw everyone has woke up,even raman was up and Toshiji was feeding him soup. She smiled fully and ran to him.

Raman looked at her and said -sorry babu, I couldn't protect u. To thik hai naa. He said caressing her face while she hugged him tight and cried. He hide her in himself and started consoling her while she was crying uncontrollably.

Raman -shh, chup ho jao. Kya hua why u r so sad, did they tried to hurt u again. He asked making ishita look at Raman with amazement.

She signalled and said that she is crying for him. As they hurt him. What if something happened to him. She is crying as she is scared to loose him.

Raman -tu bhi naa, mujhe kya ho sakta hai when u r with me. Jab tak tu mere saath hai naa, mera koi kuch nahi bigaad sakta, and don't u dare to cry again. U know naa I don't like u crying .so stop crying and smile, see ur raman is all fine. He said smiling making her smile too. She hugged him again while he was just caressing her back.

Iyers and bhallas were happy and emotional seeing their bond. Even after being in hospital bed raman was more concerned about Ishita's tears then him. On the other hand, even after being tried to kidnapped ishita was more bothered about Raman's wound not her. They were admiring Ishra bond when cops came to take raman's statement. He gave statement against the boys and police filed FIR against those unknown boys.

Days start passing, Raman was getting fine while ishita was always with him taking care of him. Raman was happy seeing ishita taking so much care of him while ishita was also happy having raman near her.

Soon Raman was discharged and the boys were also caught. Ishra went to identify them. They identified the boys and those were sent to jail. Ishra were happy and was going back when ishita said those boys talking.

Boy1-arey yaar iss gungi ke peeche padna toh bhari pad gaya. Uss saale ladke ko bhi kuch nahi hua aur hume ladki bhi nahi mili.

Boy2-haan yaar, hum toh bahut badnaseeb nikle. But I am very sure someday that boy will surely got killed because of that dumb girl. Aakhir har koi hum jaisa bewakoof toh hota nahi. Agar hum bhi thodi smartness dikhate uss din, uss ladki ko apne saath le jaate toh aaj hum salakhon ke peeche nahi hote. Hume ladki bhi milti aur woh ladka bhi Mar jaata. But it was our foolishness.

Boy1-haan yaar, aakhir baat baar Itni khoobsurat gungi ladki Kahan milti hai. He said and both started laughing making ishita shocked.

Till now she has not realised but now she was realising that everything happened because of her disability, coz she was a easy target.

Ishita -agar raman uss din mere saath nahi kisi aur ke saath hote toh shayad yeh nahi hota. This all happened because of my disability. Yes it's all because of me, I think now I should stay away from him. I should not go anywhere with him. Waise bhi it's high time I should make room for another girl in his life, so that he can get married to a girl of his choice. Aakhir zindagi bhar ek gungi ladki ke liye toh nahi waste nahi kar sakte naa.haan ,yehi sahi rahega. I have to stay away from him, taaki unki zindagi mein koi aur aa sake.main unke kaabil nahi, unhe apne saath rakh kar unki takleef ki wajah nahi ban sakti. But how I will live without him. U have to live ishita, coz u r not destined to have him in ur life. U r not lucky enough to have him. Aur agar tu unke saath rahi toh shayad aise haadse unke saath hote rahenge. She was thinking this all the way and finally decided to stay away from Raman.

For next day, ishita start writing a new book in order to avoid raman. At first raman didn't realise that she is avoiding him as he was also busy in his new projects but slowly he start feeling that she is intentionally not giving him time. He tried to talk with ishita but she shrugged the topic saying she is busy in her novel.

Raman too thought may be he is over thinking and got busy in his work while ishita was happy and sad together to see Raman going away from her. Happy thinking now he will be safe and sad as it was getting difficult for her to even breath with raman.

Next day was Raman's birthday,like every birthday he was waiting for her special gift and wishes but she went out of the town in the morning in pretext of some important work. Whole day raman was sad and gloomy, he even tried to call her but she was keep on avoiding him.

Later in evening, ishita had to attend his birthday party seeing so many calls and messages from bhallas and specially Raman. She got ready wearing a green gown trying to make a strong face. She went to the party and saw raman looking for her. She composed herself and went to raman. He sighed in relief seeing her and said -kahab thi tu, I was looking for u like mad, aise koi jaata hai kya chod kar.woh bhi apne raman ke birthday par. I am very angry with u. He said smiling while she just hug him tight and closed her eyes feeling his touch.

Raman hugged her back and said -chal maaf kiya tujhe, aakhir tu meri babu joh hai. Tujhse kitni der gussa reh sakta hoon. He said and kissed her temple while tears made way down her cheek which she wiped in a jiffy.

Raman broke the hug and said -arey, wish toh kar. Aur tu gift bhi nahi laayi,seems this year I have to snatch my gift from u. Koi nahi, yeh bhi kar lunga. After all tu toh meri hi hai aur teri har cheez bhi meri. He said making her smile meekly. He was go on talking while she was just looking at him trying to fill him in her eyes as she knows well that soon he will be away from her.

Raman -achcha chal,chal kar cake kaatte hai. U know maa was calling me since long to cut the cake, but as usual Maine mana kar diya, after all I have to feed u first. He said and took her to the cake. He cut the cake and feed her and everyone. All blessed him for a happy and long life while ishita was just looking at him silently.

Raman went to her and said -tu itni chup kyun hai, naa mujhe gift diya, naa wish kiya aur naa mere muh par cake lagaya, kuch problem hai kya babu. Everything is fine naa.

Ishita nodded and wished him kissing his cheek. Raman hugged her happily that's when his friends call him and he went excising himself.

Raman was busy in talking with his friends while ishita was sitting in a corner admiring him when Toshiji went to stage and said -as u all know, aaj mere puttar ka happy wala birthday hai. Toh aaj main uske liye ek bahut changa gift laayi hoon. Raman puttar, aaja yahan par.

Raman smiled and went to the stage.

Toshiji -as it is his birthday, I want to make this day memorable for him, so here I am announcing his engagement today with daughter of my dear friend Pammi chadda. Neelima chadda. She said and everyone clapped for Raman and Neelima while Raman was too shocked to hear this.

Raman -maa, yeh kya, he was saying when Toshiji said -haan puttar, teri engagement ho rahi hai Neelima ke saath. Tera rishta tay ho raha hai. She said and raman's eyes searched for ishita who was standing in a corner clapping for them, she was smiling fully pretending to be happy while her moist eyes was clearly showing her hurt.

He tried to go to ishita but she went out of the party not able to see whats going to happen next. Yes she knew that he deserves better then her but still the pain of him going away from her was unbearable for her. She went cried while Toshiji brought the rings for Raman and Neelima.

Half an hour passed, ishita was sitting hiding her face in her chest crying bitterly.

Ishita -ab tak toh raman ko engagement bhi ho gayi hogi. Woh hamesha ke liye uss neelima ke ho gaye honge. How I am going to live with him. She was thinking and crying when she felt his hand on her shoulder. She wiped her tears in a jiffy and turned to him trying hard to smile.

Ishita signalled him congratulations while he just smiled and said -meri shaadi tay ho gayi, babu. U r happy naa. He said making ishita nod feeling helpless. She looked away and wipe her tears in a jiffy while he just look at her.

Raman -tu khush hai naa, tera raman ghodi chadhne wala hai.

Ishita nodded gulping her saliva.

Raman hold her hand and pulled her to him. She landed on his chest and he said snuggling her more into himself-meri zindagi ki nahi shuruwat hone wali hai. I am going to marry, can't tell u how happy I am. He said making her heart break into zillion pieces.

She tried to break the hug when he opened her long hair letting it fall till her waist. He slide his long fingers in her hair making her shiver under his touch. He smirked at her reaction and did her hair aside. He rested his head on her shoulder and said -u know, my would be wife is very beautiful and have long beautiful hair, I will lost into her long hair like this, he said and hide himself in her hair while she was loosing herself in his touch.
