Lol Desigal why do you even bother to reply to Mira's PR? She's just doing her job to get her paycheck. How do you explain that Mira is brought up out of nowhere and compared to Kareena in her topic? 😆 Let her live in her Mira bubble 😛

The USDA recs i linked because the grain % is at 25% contrary to the 50% rec --- which are the carbs im talking about specifically. I don't follow the US rec guidelines because they have their own agenda. Its a very well known fact. Politics is rampant even when it comes to the healthy plate because of the many contracts the govt has with manufacturers of all things food. For example, the govt is a supporter of gmo crops and dairy, why would they tell you to limit them?

Also, i think i linked the Harvard plate, which is much better looking than the actual USDA plate.

Yes, eating a balanced diet and exercising will get you to a healthy weight and healthy body so long as theres a calorie deficit, but anyone who has followed that rec to the T will tell you that it doesn't work after 6 months. you hit a plateau. That's when you really start looking at what you're eating to eliminate the foods that become a hinderance to the process of weight loss. And yes, grains, lentils and bread are the biggest roadblock to weight loss.

I also provided many links to how beneficial a low-carb diet is. theres absolutely no harm to it.

Dude, a plank pose can be done by anyone? Spoken truly like someone who's probably never lifted a weight in their life or perhaps even stepped into a gym.

Do you have any idea how much training is required to hold a plank pose longer than a few seconds?

I won't tell you to try it, just watch some youtube videos and you'll know the struggle.

Posing in a plank pose and looking into the camera will not prove anything. Just as you refuse to believe Bebo s tight face is all natural by gymming I believe squat about her exercising and dieting and becoming skinny. Maybe maintaining, yes..or trying to.

And I'm not saying you but there are new ids turning up and putting their two pence worth trying to give credence to this whole kkk lost weight what a hard worker. Hah!
