These segments tend to used (mostly uninformed) commentary and (mostly unsuitable for the situation) songs while giving information about the segments. 😛

Rarely there are some moments which match a film song which is so popular. I was watching the Ratan leaving on the day on Diya's wedding and was wondering how there is not Channa Mereya playing in the background. 😃

And one more question, is it just me or the songs in these segments are rather on a higher volume than the rest of the segments. (Most of the times, it is tough to hear the interviews)

They do that intentionally (the loud music), they don't want to give us full information.

And the commentary my gosh, sometimes they go out of the content, like in one segment they said mooh dikhai ceremony godh bharai ceremony 😆 .Also delivers us wrong news, mislead us.

In this Ratan gone for forever segment the commentator said that Rohit said he would come back, it is not told by Rohit himself. I have really doubt about that news channels information (correct me if I am wrong)

:-D By the way, she cannot do Diyerwattu of course. She will get married (for the first time).

Diyerwattu is not a custom where an older woman marries a younger guy but is a custom where a window gets married to her Brother in law. (The show Gulaal was based on a very famous Urdu novel, "Ek Chadar maili si" by Rajinder Singh Bedi")

Did you know Diyer is Diyerwattu means devar? Which was a derivation of Sanskrit word "Dwi-var" (which literally means second (in line) groom?

Even in some parts of Gujarat and even Maharashtra it is called "Dhedha" which again means "One and half" (The groom is the One and him being "half groom")
