Sharanya's accidents

Hi friends,
Iam confused ...
Were there 2 accidents? ...
I remember in intial episodes in one accident sharanya and her dad were injured and also she hit someone coming in opposite direction in cycle with stargaze flowers... she comes out to check and a speeding car come from opposite direction... she had vague memories of this incident when she came out of coma

Now they are showing shiv was with sharanya and they were going together to meet her parents and shiv lost his life...

Can someone clear this confusion

There were 2 accidents in the 1st 1 sharanya hit shiv but they havnt shown a complete flashback of that accident as was this their 1st meeting or who was that second car then few years later the second accident happened in which shiv sharanya were goin 2 meet her parents
