actually Shivay used handcuff even before they used in NK but for different reasons atleast in NK Neil is police officer so he having handcuff with him be it his house or anywhere else is justified but shivaye ka pass handcuff Kyun hey aur Kahan se aaye sirf Gul mata jaane
