1.Shiv (Namik) was in the same college as that of Sharanya and Vyom.Shiv and Sharanya were in a relationship.But Vyom fancied her too.However he was unaware of SS relationship or maybe decided to not come in between them.But his dad put his put down and got Shiv murdered and made it seem like he ran away.

2.Shiv harbored unrequited love for Sharanya but died before he could confess it.

3.Shiv was Sharanya's ex who died and Vyom' mom brought him back through exorcism so that he can separate Vyom-Sharanya.😆

4.This one is my fav.While Sharanya was comatose,her soul was trapped between the realm of the living and the dead.During this period of two years she bonded with Shiv's spirit.But when she woke up,Shiv too followed her back.

Still many things don't add up here. Shiv or Sharanya never got to tell their parents about each other. Shiv was murdered before he could reach his parents. That letter that Sharanya wrote disappeared. So how exactly does Vyom, his dad, and mother fit into the triangle? Is Vyom possibly Shiv's brother? Or does Madvi have two sons from two marriages? Why would Rajan Bedi kill his own son Shiv if he was biologically his. Doesn't make any sense. Many ways to separate a couple. But pulling through and accident putting someone in a coma is quite bizarre. And my final thought Shiv is a ghost, Sharanya is a human married to the killer. How exactly are things gonna get fixed?

I hope they don't do the rebirth. Its quite old school. Something different would be interesting.
