Chapter 7 Final part

Neela appealed in higher court to reopen the case file of Juhi murder case. The court gave 20 days notice period to police to find an evidence which could prove Avni innocent.

Neil soon asked DD to collect all the telephone no that were dialled near the helipad area on the day Juhi was murdered. Out of investigation 5 people names came up two were Neil and Neela maa. Juhi who was no more, Vidyut was in police custody and Ballu.Neil wondered what was Badly doing there when Avni said she had hurt all his security guards and Vidyut was alone in his car with Mishti.

Ballu was arrested and in his statement he confessed that he was ordered by Vidyut to fight with Avni and hand over the gun to Avni. Neil already had that gun which had the 3.1mm bullet size. But the bullet that Juhi had was off 4.3mm size as her post mortem report told. Such gun was manufactured from France and the license records told Vidyut had one of them.

Neil already had the CCTV footage which had Vidyut was with Mishti, Avni with no gun running.

Just then Neil recited how would have the events happened "So first Avni fought with Vidyut's men. Then Vidyut takes away Mishti from her in his car and drive towards helipad area ,while Avni runs to follow them, for that we have CCTV footage. Next as per CCTV and Vidyut's call record Ballu is called at same place where he fights with Avni and hands over the 3.1mm calibre gun along with gun powder. Ballu confession will prove that point. Now Juhi comes there takes Misti from Vidyut. And he goes into hiding without any fight, if he wanted he could have shoot her or fight her but no, Juhi body was proof of it,there were no bruises on it. Which means he wanted Juhi to take Mishti with her, while Avni came to search Mishti she was with Juhi, waiting for a helicopter to arrive. Next Vidyut comes from nowhere and fires the bullet to Juhi forehead with his 4.3 mm

calibre gun and runs away in green jeep.The video footage again from Sorry jungle showed that he went away after Juhi was murdered means he was there at that spot. Now, Vidyut's confession video recording all were enough to prove Avni innocent.

The same story was presented in court to show how Avni was framed for a murder which she never committed. On hearing court Avni to pay a fine of Rs 20000 for running away from jail and was declared free from all charges. Vidyut was given life imprisonment for double murder charges.

Avni was free now, but what she never understood was why Neil arrested her when he knew I was innocent. OK all the proof were against her, but why a 6 month long time he didn't came to meet me. Why he needs such long time to prove her innocence.

Just then Neela maa told her the story to answer all her queries. She was guilty and hurt for not understanding her Neil. So he said that "everything is over between them, does that mean Maa"

Before she could complete her sentence Neil came from behind "Yes everything is over as you married me fraudently. But I have a case to handle case 123. It's convict needs to stay with me life long after I am married with her with all proper rituals. " He looked into her eyes and continued " Vidyut wanted me to handover you to him if I set you free. I can never allow anyone else to touch my wifey and you know it. So we had no option but to arrest you.Yes I only became Neo to destabilize him financially because it was necessary to get confession from him. But then you came and everything speeded up. Avni I want you remember one thing always, that I was and I will be always be there for you "

As they hugged each other, the Khanna came to welcome back their DIL .
