Chapter 3: Casino Royal

DD was busy in one of the cases, when Neil asked him "DD you know that 4 woman prisoner have escaped from jail, we have only caught two of them the twins. Rest two are still missing including Avni. This news is known only to 4-5 police officer outside. This should not reach media and to the gang of Vidyut .Please keep an eye on those police officer who know about it "

Vidyut's Casino in Goa was doing very well. His most of the funding for elections came from there only. "Casino Royal",Avni repeated," we need to hack the central server of this Casino and transfer the money there to various charitable trusts."

Gang 123 worked as per her orders. Next morning Vidyut was for a bloody surprise, The news was like wildfire "Vidyut donates 70%of his wealth to charity ". Though he was a hero in front of public, but his own party members were angry at him. "How will they arrange funds for upcoming elections .What was the need to do this benovelent act"

Neil was trying to put a still palm face but it was hard for DD to control his smile. Vidyut called the ACP to say" What is your police department doing? 70% of my wealth is donated overnight and I am not even aware of it. I want you to find this Neo. He is after my money 22 robbery against me and not a single proof to catch him. How is it possible!! Catch him soon ACP, else be ready for another suspension letter in your hand"

Neil was also getting curious who was this duplicate Neo. He got the news from his informers that a big consignment of drugs will be dropped near Vapi. He was sure Neo will come to destroy this too.

He was dressed as Neo waiting for duplicate to arrive, but here it was when exchange were done it was all salt packets. Neil was sure Vidyut's men would have checked the drugs before they left the godown. So all this was done in when the truck was in transit.

Neil was aware it couldn't be a one man task. A gang was there helping this duplicate. He entered the truck from back while Vidyut's men were talking to other party from Africa. It had a smell similar to the perfume what Avni used.

He said "may be lady Don is back in action "

Vidyut got the news that the drugs were not delivered to the African counterpart. Another million dollar deal cancelled. He went back to look at the CCTV footage of his godown a black masked men tried to enter the truck, but he had long hair as the camera showed. He asked" is this Neo a woman trying to break me. I have never been close to any women in my life who knows all my secrets. Then who was she or he? "

Neil was getting impatient as Avni was targeting Vidyut directly sooner or later he will catch her. It was necessary for him to catch this duplicate thief and protect her, as he cannot let her fall prey to that wolf.

Casino Royal after suffering heavy losses had organized a party for the party members of Vidyut to celebrate his victory on becoming an MLA. He was sure Neo will come here and he wanted to catch her. Neil was beside him with other security guards.

Vidyut was served his special drink by a waitress, the glass was single on the tray. Neil followed the waitress, just to say " do whatever you like. Do remember always there will be someone to protect you "

Avni disgusted as waitress ran from there handing over fingerprints of Vidyut to her gang,wondereing "has Neil identified whom I am. But if yes why he didn't arrest me?"

Chapter 4: Who are you?

Avni asked her gang to make 4-5 duplicate prosthetic skin with Vidyut's fingerprints as that would be needed to prove her innocence.

Just then Ali entered to ask " Avni what is your next plan. Please let me know if I can help you. But I request to atleast contact Neela aunty if not Neil, she will be worried for you. I can understand your hatred towards Neil, but why Neela aunty "

Avni replied "No, Ali I will not contact her. Because I know by now Neil will be well aware that I will try to contact her and track her phone as well. I don't want to be in that jail again. I will not show my face to anyone unless I prove myself innocent. Yes Ali, that's my next plan to trap Vidyut, blame him for a killing he had never done and I will need your help for the same but how, I will tell you later"

Meanwhile, Neela was getting worried for her daughter, no updates where was she, just then she received a call " Don't worry Neela maa, avni is fine I will catch her soon. I will protect her from Vidyut "

Soon Neil kept the phone as this was the first time he lied to Neela maa. He didn't want to stop Ananya Verma anymore. He knew she will destroy Vidyut more better than him. The girl has not left a single proof in last 22 robberies, that was fair enough for him to anticipate that his wifey will soon prove herself innocent. His only job would be to let her escape, mitigate any proof against her and protect her. He wanted to show his face to her, meet her to tell how the life had been from last 6 months. But no, he deserved this punishment, because he couldn't save his wife. She had every right to hate me.

The mayor of Mumbai called all the local leaders to know the various problems they face in their area. Ali had taken the catering order for this meeting to know who the opposition leader was and the most hated person by Vidyut.

Soon, on social media few false stories were published against Vidyut to tarnish his image, by the gang 123. And the blame game went to leaders of opposition party. Vidyut called ACP to say "First this Neo and his robberies, don't know where is he. If that was not enough my image is being manipulated in media. I am sure that this work would be done by the opposition leader. I have seen him envy me on my success. Get some proof and get him arrested "

Neil was not sure, how can he arrest someone without any criminal records .However, he updated same to Ali, as he wanted to help Avni.

Vidyut along with his men, called the opposition leader to warn him against his wrong doings. On receiving death threats the opposition leader also lodged an FIR against unknown person.

The fake news were damaging image of Vidyut. A meeting at cliff was called without police force, just Vidyut and opposition leader a heated exchange of words and opposition leader was fired with bullet.

Soon Neil and his team arrived at the spot, a gun with fingerprints same as Vidyut were found. He was called to police station where statement were recorded.

While investigation was on,one thing was clear Vidyut had turned into a wounded loin, and he will not leave his prey.

Soon the security level of vidyut was reduced. ACP was back to his duty now. His business of hard drinks which included some methanol was doing well. Nobody knew from last 8 years that the drinks were adulterated.

A truck along the NH77 highway was again attached, this time Vidyut men fired at the masked men who was trying to burn this truck. Somewhere, the wounded man got lost in the jungle and it was necessary to catch Neo for Vidyut to know Who is he

Meanwhile Neil dressed as Neo also entered the jungle just to divert the Vidyut's men. Soon Neil got hold of duplicate Neo, in the darkness of jungle he asked her to remove her jacket. Her wounded shoulder was served with first aid and pain killer. As she rested, she noticed those teary eyes, she didn't knew why Neo hated Vidyut so much. But why he is so caring towards me, compelling her to ask "Who are you? "

Chapter 5: Chase you

A unknown CD was delivered to the news channel office and the news was flashed where Vidyut had warned the opposition leader of death if he crossed the line.

The pressure on police department was increasing to arrest Vidyut by opposition party leaders. But ACP was in no mood to arrest Vidyut. He wanted him to confess his killing against Juhi first.

DD was at police station asking Neil, " Sir will you come with me, if I go to arrest Vidyut. I know you have long waited to arrest this man and I don't want to snatch that chance from you ". However, Neil politely declined the offer.

He was well aware how Vidyut could twist the facts and proof to get out of jail. And, exactly that happened he was out on bail and the first thing he wanted to know who fired that bullet.

Vidyut reached the same spot from where a gun was collected, a near by thorny tree had a hair attached to it. The length of hair indicated that this was done by a woman. "Is that Avni, but how she is in jail. I need to check myself that she really is "

Neil knew his moves, and an urgent order to transfer notorious prison inmates to another jail was issued. Vidyut arrived at jail, where he got to know from jailer that Avni along with other prisoners was being transferred to another jail.

It was the golden chance for Vidyut to get back the woman she loved. "And, Offcourse, why would she decline my offer even she hates Neil now".

Three jeeps were arranged by him which could hijack the police van taking the women prisoners along the Mumbai Pune expressway. On the lonely spot the police was attacked by his security killing all police officer on the spot. But there were only two prisoners the twins.Where were the rest two and more important where is Avni then Vidyut thought to himself.

A female prisoner was sent in the same jail where Avni was kept and she later informed Vidyut that Avni has escaped from the jail. Does that mean Neo is Avni and Neil is not aware of it or trying to protect her. "No way ACP it may be your game plan but Avni belongs to me and I will chase her before you catch her"

Neil didn't want Vidyut to reach his wifey at any cost .He contacted Neela maa and requested her to get out of town for few days urgently. Next Ali was asked to become underground.

Vidyut started his move now, two women prisoners missing posters were posted everywhere and a cash reward was declared, soon Sunheri was also caught the only one missing was Avni.

Neil was getting furious as he wanted to save his wifey. He could arrest Vidyut but his confession that he killed Juhi before making this arrest was also important. He knew that Vidyut men could be tracking his every move so meeting Avni was not an option.

When Neil thought "Avni it is not matter whether you love me or hate me. But you definitely can't ignore me. Don't worry wifey I will chase you "

Chapter 6 Face off

Neil called Neela maa to say " Neo has destroyed almost 90 percent of Vidyut earnings. Now, there are two liquor manufacturing plant owned by him one is in Nasik and other in Belgaum. I need your help to destroy the one located in Nasik. "

On similar lines Avni said " On this Sunday the plant will be shut in Nasik.There will be no one, the power will be cut off by us for few hours, when we will cut the electric wires loose and then a short circuit will complete the story"

As planned the gang 123, put the power off and Avni cut the wires directly connecting it to the canned alcohol. Soon, Neela disguised as Neo sensed something was wrong and probably the duplicate Neo was there too inside the plant. Before the watchmen of the plant went to check the power.He was hit by a rod giving time to Neela to save Avni. Soon they were out and whole plant was burnt to ashes once power was back.

Neela took Avni to a secluded place " where she updated why she was dressed as Neo. And why Neil and she had planned to arrest her so as to save her from Vidyut".Avni was hurt and at same time guilty too. Hurt because Neil never disclosed to her why he wanted to arrest her and his real motive behind the same. But all was a gone story now. She had to move ahead on her own, prove her innocence and that was only possible with a direct face off with Vidyut.

Vidyut was aware that Neo will try to destroy his other liquor plant in Belgaum, so he stationed himself there, while again requesting police commissioner to increase his security. Neil was there with him, as he knew Avni could strike him anyway and he had to save her from that maniac.

Vidyut dropped an open challenge to Neo to directly face him at his liquor plant around 10 pm in night. Avni was well aware that this was a trap by Vidyut to get her. But to get a direct confession out of him, it was necessary to have a direct face off. Just Vidyut and her.

As planned Neil was waiting outside in security room analyzing any unusual behavior. Vidyut was waiting for Neo to arrive, and it was already 10:30 without action when he said " I think Neo is afraid of face-off ".

Soon, as he was about to leave the plant a huge fire was seen, next 10 minutes and his own plant was burning in flames . Vidyut was unable to control his anger soon he went inside to face the real Neo- Ananya Verma. The same woman who had promised to destroy him had fulfilled it. Vidyut took out his gun and said " what you thought Avni aka Neo that you will destroy me and I will leave you. Noway, get ready to the same place where I had sent Juhi with my own hands. What do you think your husband will come to save you. ha ha ha "

Just then a spade hit Vidyut head making him unconscious. A hand known to Avni rescued her out from orange flames.

Neil gave his mobile to Ali to send the video footage of Vidyut confession to Neela maa and keep it's multiple copies. Ali left the place with gang 123. And the video with Vidyut's confession went viral on social media. Soon he was arrested on murder charges.

Avneil left for a secluded place, where they could hide from outside world. Avni was badly hurt while coming inside the plant for an encounter with Vidyut, but what she didn't plan was a direct encounter with her husband.

Neil carried her in his arms to the bed. He took out the first aid box and cleaned her wounds. He was so guilt ridden, that he didn't wish to face his wifey, yes he wanted her to hate him, but a lone tear from his eyes was breaking the barriers.

The two hands which he had longed to touch him, cupped his face. The voice, he so wanted to hear finally said " Neil I know why you arrested me. Neela maa has updated me everything. I think you shouldn't be so guilt ridden to have a face-off with me now "

As she smiled, he could hardly control himself. The hands she so longed to touch her skin were caressing her, accomplished with a shower of kisses and a tight hug.

They spent a night in solace after all they were uniting after 8 months. Next morning as planned Neil arrested Avni again.

Now it was time to prove her innocence for that Avni needed to return to the jail where she came from and rest was to be done by Neil.
