The only way to stop this is if the tweet regarding the betting spreads like fire and become viral.

Just like Raju Shrivastav was forced to apollogise and channel was forced to edit the comment if the tweet regarding betting becomes viral and that the channel may deliberately try to make Shilpa loose then this time also channel will be forced to change their decision and make the votting and the game fair.
