Happy New Year everyone!!! The year has definitely started off right for NK, I loved tonight's episode. Aditi continues to show her growth as an actress the way she broke down in Neil's cabin hating herself for allowing Neil to be her weakness. Avni can fight as much as she wants to convince herself to hate Neil but it can never happen, she loves him too much.

The secret passage leads Avni to Vidyut and Monica, I am so glad CVs did not beat around the bush here and Avni knows these two are working together. Avni did not hear the details of their plans but as long as she knows about their alliance it will make her cautious around Monica and that is the most important. Avni did hear Vidyut talking about Neo if I heard right, I seriously cannot wait for the day she comes face to face with Neo.

The relief on Neil's face when he saw Avni in front of him, the bone crushing hugs and the way his tear fell on her body. It was all beautifully done! I just wish they showed the part where he rested his head on Avni's shoulder like a little kid, nevertheless the kisses to her shoulder and just finding solace in her arms was good enough. Neil was being real when he talked about wanting his Avni back, not being able to take her misunderstanding him and being angry. Neil desperately wants things to go back to the way they were but is doing whatever it takes to protect Avni from Vidyut even if it means handcuffing her again. Avni calling him a fraud and saying she won't forgive him was definitely out of annoyance for not getting her way, she did not mean it. I loved Neil saying sorry my love, this is definitely Avni's Neil.

The battle between Avni's heart and mind continues to clash, her heart believes in Neil but her mind does not. Avni is convincing herself that Neil does not believe in her innocence and it is only her battle, little does she know Neil has been in this fight for her freedom. Was I seeing things or did Neil put something on Avni's saree?

Avni and Neil know each other so well, she knew that Neil keeps a backup of important documents on his laptop that too under different names. I love this duo, they are perfect for each other!

Precap: Monica and Vidyut trying to foil Avni's plans, both are really delusional believing they can come between AvNeil, when an ex couldn't who are they? Not only that but the fact the pull remains so strong between AvNeil despite what Neil did that day proves their love is stronger than anything. Monica may foil Avni's plans temporarily but Avni is smarter. I think it worked out for the best that Avni only got part of the blueprint so the secret passage may only be known to her. Neil finally got a change of clothes, hope he tells Avni the truth at least let her know he believes in her innocence that is all she ever wanted.

I am reposting what I posted in EDT since I almost have the same take as yours:

And a very happy new year once again to everyone! What a great way to start our New Year with! Such a beautifully painful episode!!

Aditi! girl, once again take a bow 👏 You killed it today as well! That emotional scene! You can't help but cry with Avni for the helplessness she is facing right now. Here she thought she was successful in building a strong again around her heart and make her stronger and yet just one presence of Neil and we can see the cracks forming on those walls. She just LOVES him way too much. She is not listening to her heart but her heart still just beats for Neil! Like Neil's only beats for Avni! And thats why no matter how much she claims to hate him, his one tear and her anger melts. She just melts like an ice. Neil still has that effect on her. The way she hit herself for falling weak in front of him was heartbreaking! A job well done Aditi! May you keep shinning brighter and brighter!

And Neil! poor guy! He was just praying and praying that his worst nightmare of Avni getting stuck with Vidyut didn't come true. He went berserk finding her no where. He just wished and hope she was safe and there she was. He just couldn't help but come out of his indifferent facade and just hug her as if his life depended on that. That was one hell of a bone crushing hug. While Avni was shocked to see him that, he was just relieved out of his life to see her safe and sound in front of his eyes <3 When Avni tries to show indifference and take a step back, Neil can't help but fall weak. Now its his turn to fall weak. He just wanted to embrace her once again and not let her go away. And hence he begged her to not fight him today but just let things be the way they are and that they will continue fighting tomorrow. Who says its only Neil who can make Avni weak. Avni can do the same and has the same effect on him. And he hugs her like a baby again! Kisses on her shoulder and she is completely taken over by that. She just cannot find that strength in her to fight him. She just couldn't. She calms down and is about to leave but one thing Neil says and it reminds her of everything. Yet, she controls again just because Neil didn't want to fight. Just because HER Neil requested her for that one day and he pulls her. The way he looks at her, the way he breathes to her, she gets lost again.

And with that our Hathkaddi makes a come back 😆 😆 Man Neil! Atleast kiss her once. Damn, she is always ready for the kiss now a days. Its your and your interruptions 😆 😆 I just love the intensity and tension these two have! Again, whoever casted these two together really do have a great taste!!! 👏 Really good writing of todays scene and direction and thank god no messing up with the editing 👏 Great job team! Thank you for the amazing start of the year!

Few points: One thing I am happy is that Avni saw Monica with Vidyut. So she definitely will be extra careful with her. I like that. No that Avni was never but she will be even more cautious. See, this is what I like about the show. If it was a cliched route, usually the leads will never know who is plotting!

Avni yet again is doubting what she believes when it comes to Neil. She felt as she saw her Neil again. But her anger took over again. Her goal took over again. And she thought she needs to be out of that distraction and just work on one goal! Escape that jail. The more Neil is foiling her plans, the more desperate she is getting. Hopefully she doesn't end up taking a drastic step

And Monica thinks while helping Vidyut, She will get Neil and Vidyut will get Avni. Such fools I tell you! Its ok Monica! You are landing yourself in fire like Vidyut has. Now if you both get burned with the fire both Avni and Neil are, don't blame anyone! 😆 I do have a feeling Vidyut might do something drastic with Monica if because of her his plans fail and Avni or Neil might be the one saving Monice, causing a change in heart for her?

And vidyut for me is never changing. He was beyond redemption for me since the beginning. So no, he aint a human for me!!

Anyways! once again wishing everyone a very happy new year <3 And thank you NK team for the amazing start of the year! Much Appreciated!

Edit: If Neil knows Avni too well, Avni knows Neil too well too 😆 I loved how Avni knew how Neil saves his files on his laptop! I just LOVE how takkar ke they are for each other 😆 Adorably perfect <3 <3

And yes, you were not seeing things! I think Neil placed a tracker on her blouse so if at all she manages to free herself from the handcuff and run, he can track her down. He knows his girl too well! Don't you think? 😆 😛

Neil and Avni are each others weakness and I am not the least bit surprised that Avni is melting before him, it just looks realistic given how much these two love each other. The battle between her heart and her mind have been beautifully done by the CVs. It makes sense why Avni would start having her doubts, a guy who that day says I break all relations with you comes to jail six months later still exercising his haq over you and pulling you into these bone crushing hugs. Avni had to start wondering what is really going through Neil's mind.

LOL about Neil he does keep interrupting the kisses but at least he got his hug, he wanted to hold her tight and never let go! Avni even calmed him down, no anger in her voice just a sense of peace. I loved those scenes!

So he did put a tracker on her, smart guy! I don't blame him that jailer madam isn't the brightest bulb and it was the best way to keep track of Avni while he couldn't have eyes on her.

I agree Vidyut is beyond redemption at this point, he has become even more dangerous and you are right he could very well harm Monica if things don't work to his advantage. Monica is being played for a fool but I have no sympathy for her, she wants to come between a married couple and use Neil for her own pleasure but it is not going to happen. Neil is not that kind of guy and Avni is ready for her. I am looking forward to how this track unfolds. The promo is supposed to be out soon.

Exactly! Its more like saying even if Avni knows she has prepared herself for Vidyut, she still doesn't coz she doesn't know what type of a person he is know and what he can do to her. Likewise, even if she thinks she was able to build those wall in absence of Neil, she wasn't able to predict what his presence would do to that wall. No matter how much she tries to convince herself regarding her hate for him, she just cannot! They are deeply and madly in love with each other. Their heart will just not allow that. You can't control your heart. Your heart controls you! And yes, that hug was something. He just needed it, like a baby, he just needed it. And even now, she just couldn't help but give in and let him have his moment. As you said, let him get a hold of himself. Yes, CVs are showing this amazingly! No matter what the facade is, no matter how deep the anger is, at the end, it just wears off when they are in front of each other. Adorable!!!

Oh I have no sympathy for Monica too! But I never had any sympathy for Vidyut too and with each passing episode, its just becoming stronger 😆

Yes hopefully its out soon. With the spoiler pics, it doesn't look like Avni is meeting Neo yet. Coz even in the segments, it was more of Neil fighting the goons. And with the new spoiler pics, Avni was still in the jail! But lets see!

Happy New Year Mandy. And what a great start. Likewise I'm so happy Avni knows Monica and Vidyut are working together despite not knowing the exact details. Coming to my faves, It was so heartbreaking to see Neil broken and just asking for his old Avni even if it is for a few moments. You could clearly see how much effect it was having on Avni. Both Zain and Aditi portray their characters so beautifully and with so much ease that you forget that they are acting. I love that where getting to see doubts placed in Avni's mind that their is more to the story then Neil is letting on. I hope they do investigate this matter more even though it would be nice to see Neil admitting to why he let Avni go to jail. The precap also looks promising and I'm sure tomorrows episode is going to deliver to the fullest.

once again amazing analysis. i sympathise with both Neil & Avni. im also happy with those light avneil moments .. their nok - jok.. itz cute. Avneil are deprived of romance so, its better they end ths track soon & both go back to khanna house😆 i also kindaa miss swetha, prakash & bebe.. dono when tey will be back

coming to the point. i think soon Avneil is gono join their hands & carry out mission Vidyut. only if both do it together they can succeed. these days vidyut is quite overconfident. Avneil should break the confidence 1st. i also wish MU cleared between avneil. bcz here nobody is wrong or nobody is right. your heart goes out for both.

Loved today's episode:

Kudos to the new director. In the last couple of episodes I am seeing a marked improvement in AvNeil scenes especially the romantic ones. For example in today's episode, the way they showed Neil's hand and Avni's hand pressing during the romantic scene was awesome. It added a little uff to the scene. Also the angle at which the scenes are shot are awesome.
Neil was awesome. Zain has improved tremendously in the up close and personal scenes with Aditi. He is more relaxed and you get the feeling of husband. Of course the emotional scenes Zain has always been good.
Aditi rocked today. OMG I loved the part where she was scolding herself for being weak when it comes to Zain. Also loved her in the romantic scene. Aditi shows little natural movements of participation in romantic scenes. A little movement of her nose or head or something like that, that adds to the romantic feel. This girl is natural and is rocking. I was ready to scold Neil for handcuffing her without kissing her.

Overall awesome awesome start. At this rate with this amazing director, and AvNeil, I think the SR will be hot hot hot! Hopefully it happens in 2018!

Today's avneil scene was just so hot. I don't know whether it is the writers who are responsible for making more intense romantic scenes for adiza, or the director instructing them well on how to do romantic scenes convincingly, or adiza themselves having grown more comfortable and confident with such scenes, but since this track has started, their romance scenes have not only become more convincing and believable, but also more intense. Before the leap, all the romantic scenes just never looked that convincing, and none of the touches looked real. ☺️

Aditi n Zain r so gud in performin emotional scenes..Aditi was so gud when she was slappin her self regarding her emotions ..God this gurl has come such a long way..Shes nailing it..Like u said Mandy,so glad tat Avni knows Vidyut n Monica have joined hands..Namkaran doesnt take the regular route ever..Glad the cvs didnt try Avni jus seeing Vidyut n not seeing Monica..tat wud have been so cliched..

There is an OLV where Neela ma visits her in jail n asks her to share the laddu/prasad or something wit Neil too..I think Avni shud start joining the dots now..She shud realize tat if Neela maa isnt angry wit Neil for putin Avni behind the bars then there is more to it..Now i dnt want Vidyut to let Avni know of their deal,i wud want Avni to join the dots herself..

Mandy,like u mentioned,whn Neils ex cudnt break Avneil,monica is jus nothing..These two luv each other way too muchto get affected by a 3 rd person..im sure they will get back together very soon n fight Vidyut
