Shiv sounds like he is on the verge of giving up. Until now, he has refused to let go... bound by a promise? Hope? He has tried in vain to connect with Sharanya, who seems to focus on her new relationship. She has allowed herself to be misled, floating around in a dream that has been created around her, ignoring the biggest truth of her life. Sharanya has reduced herself to a puppet in a script seemingly authored by Vyom 's dad.
Shiv feels cheated, abandoned. His spirit lived on, for her...holding her hand as she was lost. Did it infuriate him that he was so insignificant to her, she could forget him just like that? After all they had been through... Did he clamour for attention like a spurned lover and sink into despair, seeing how easily she could move on? Did he wait like the forgotten child, biding his time till his best friend made it up to him? Did he get pushed beyond the limits of decency, as he punished her, throwing the sanctity of a love she had forgotten, as a mockery, on her face? Did he helplessly look around, as she thrashed about, gasping for life? Did he vow to punish the whole world that had gone against him, unleashing himself in a frenzy... Could Vyom finally feel even an iota of that anger, that had left him dazed... Would he know one day, that someone else had passionately loved Sharanya...Enough to give his life for her...

Shiv goes knocking on the door to the only life he has known- Sharanya. Perhaps it is time for him to leave. His journey has brought him here, where he is just a story written on the sands of time, waiting to be erased. Alas! He is not even that now. His love would have to go... Unwritten... Unrecorded...

Who would mourn him and remember him with love? Did he deserve to be forgotten like this? Perhaps that is how their love story was written to be... Shiv would open that door and walk away into oblivion, leaving Sharanya to live with her betrayal.

Hello, EDT forum! Just dropped in to comment.
I love Shiv's monologues at the end of each episode. In fact, they are the highlights of each episode for me, considering the execution of what could have been a good story has not been up to the mark - from Shiv's bhoot make up, to Vyom's possessive avataar. I am not even mentioning the lack of depth in other characters. I enjoyed the romantic phase of Vyom- Sharanya story in bits...apart from that, I still check out the story occasionally to know what happened to Shiv. Till then, let it be the beautiful monologues that keep me guessing. I hope the team doesn't disappoint. Enjoying Vikram's acting and hoping to see more of Namik soon...as Sharanya goes about discovering...remembering bits of memories that means the world to her.

Good to see you here Chick! :)
Good post!! :)

Completely agree on the last paragraph. The show has been so disappointing for me. I am upset at how the characters, mostly Shiv and even Sharanya are shown to be. There Could Be Nothing More Stupid Than Shiv Possessing Vyom. Such A Cliche Track! SMH.

Makers need to start on the back story ASAP!

Lovely post:)
One one the most painful thing in this whole show is how shiv is all alone and his existence is completely erased from sharanya memory .He is frustrated & sometimes gets angry but still loves her .I loves the way he looks at her whenever they are alone!

I'm excited to see sharanya reaction once she remembers her past and this should be emotional .

I dont feel like that ... Shiv doesnt seems to be a quitter ... Yesterdays shayari seemed to meant (to me) as death of Sheru's father 🤔🤔 As per precap he is not a quitter bcz he very well seems to be determined to make Sheru his and that no one can come in b/w them .. He is as much determined to get Sheru as much as Vyom is determined to get Sheru and as much as Daddy Bedi wants Sheru as his Bahu 😆😆😆...

Finally he got some dialogs to say other than those beautiful , impactful , deep shayaris (which I always liked)

Good to see you too. Thank you.
Shiv has remained an enigma, so I am not complaining, except for the slow pace.
Vyom being possessed by a possessive Shiv is also acceptable, but I didn't like the way they executed it. Sharanya really has not bowled me over with her personality, so I hope the characterisation of the two guys keep me interested.

I loved his baffled look in the water tank... He looked so very helpless. He didn't want her to die, otherwise he would have possessed Vyom there too. It seemed like he didn't want to leave Sharanya alone there, though he wanted to just hate her.

I want the wedding and all the mantra tantra to be over with. Only then will they show us the backstory.

I didn't mean it like he is giving up willingly...more like he cannot control the fate of his love story. The odds seem to be against him, with Sharanya gathering up every trick to keep him at bay...

I don't know if the verses were for Sharanya's dad. As far as I have seen, all his thoughts are centered around Sharanya. He might want to stop her dad, but he is definitely not a killer.

Thank you:)
It's the way they are executing it that I'm not liking it. Be it the possession track or the pace of the show. It is highly disappointing. Why is Sharanya not trying to find out who's after her or try to find out about her past?
Even with Shiv, I am not happy with how they are showing things. I'm just glad atleast we'll get to hear him today...
They need to increase the pace otherwise all the thrill goes down the drain...
