yea, though one can give her the benefit of doubt by saying that the name Deepika meant the women in general and not literally DP herself... but this issue didn't warrant a gender bias... It was not like a woman's right is snatched... the threat is equal to both the genders...
anyways, what happened to it later ? Did she submit it to the government yet...
