"Nikki will you please stop this otherwise I won't take your call hereafter" dressed in a light orange embroidered suit -with a high bun, which is adorned by gajras , sonakshi looked like not less than a sunshine..
"Hmm I know ,You are sooo busy with bhai in his phone calls most of the day and at night giving attendance in his dreams snatching his mobiles Then where could you find time for me? " Nikki swallowed the urge of laughing loud
"And your bhaiya is floored by you. Dev said my little sisi talking 'badi' 'badi' baatein'
'sona di , all think we teenagers are too old to have fun-too young to make decision - too smart to understand people -too immature for grown up conversations -huh no wonder teens are rebellious" Nikki took a long lazy sigh.
Sonakshi chuckled "Nikki which movie's dialogue is this? Beware someone will claim for copyright?"
"Sona di " sona moved her mobile away from her ears to bear Nikki 's shrill voice .
"Actually Riya di and Neha di were talking on phone about you two and bhai's sacrifices for us and many more thing yesterday night. I pretended like asleep and overheard everything. " Nikki had a goofy laugh at her little act and continued..
"We assumed that bhai and you are not in talking terms. They decided to talk with you about this. I woke up and called Elena di to help in this matter. But Elena di sent me yesterday's photos.and Sona di you are looking smoking hot in that netted Saree and bhai was totally smitten by you in those pictures".
"Nikki please".. Sona's face coloured.
Many voices sonakshi heard from Nikki's side.
" what happened Nikki? " she asked
"Hmm bhai hurriedly went with one cop without having breakfast -something like that mamiji is saying . Ok I'll call you later."
Nikki cut the call.
Cop that word rang a alarm inside sonakshi.
Oh my scooty! They said today we could get back after inspector resigned the case. Dev gave his address that's why the cop went to Ishwari niwas.
She was nervous now. She had no idea what was happening in his house.
"Should I call Nikki? " no no..
"A call to Riya? " no it's too not a good idea..
"Dev,, Haan Dev,, I will message him, "..
" Dev didn't even has his breakfast. He will come here only.. I should make him eat something..
"Yes, but ma is not here. Everyone went for a neighbour's house warming ceremony. I'll prepare something for him"
She decided and went to the kitchen to make some toasts and coffee.

"But today my health check up... For that he left all his work and came.. " ishwari said to no one in particular..
"Haan he got ready and searching you jiji. But some one came and told that bangalan name.. Then phurr your Dev forgot everything- his family-his duty -especially his ma .. Hey bhagwan!! Kya se Kya hogaya humara Dev? " fakely cried Radha rani while observing ishwari from the corner of her eyes.
"Yes bua, sushmitasen err... I mean sonakshi's Scooty met with an accident last night. She dragged Dev bhai's name in this case and gave our house address. So police cop came and took away bhai to the police station. I over heard what they are talking. "
"Whattt? Police station? Jiji this 'Gareeb ki beti ' and her family never ever stepped any police station. Oh my god what else our jiji has to face coz of that bangalan? "
Ishwari's face has gone dark. She tried hard to keep her face unaffected before Radha Rani.
Maamaji on hearing the commotion came out and jumped in the conversation to take dev's side.
"Radharani will you please close your chattering mouth and stop your over acting. " then he turned to ishwari 's side and said,
"Ishwari Dev knows what he is doing..You don't give heed to this jobless people. I'll call him. Wait"..
Ishwari stopped mamaji from calling Dev and said " it's ok bhaiya, let him finish his work and come. I will go myself to hospital"
"No - then what for I am here. I'll take you. "
"The LIC waale asked you to visit them today. You waited for their call this long. So please don't miss that for me. " ishwari went towards the car.
"Jiji, wait. How could this kareeb ki beti leave you alone. Vikki ki Papa, don't you worry. I Will take care of your kachori" a subtle sarcastic tone that was. Ishwari realized that. She is the one who busily avoiding RR from coming between her son and her.But her son avoided her to run to his girlfriend.
Mamaji, without having any other option allowed his wife to go with ishwari and once again tried to get Dev on phone.
Ishwari felt defeated before his bhabhi. She rubbed her fore arm to settle her the slow fear that creeped into her heart. In her mind screen, her Dev pulled off his hand from hers and going far away.

Being a business tycoon of Delhi, it's a very easy job for Dev to get back the vehicle from the police station without any issues and also pretty fast.
When Satish his driver started the vehicle and roughly pulled it out of the police station, Dev hurried there "Satish, what are you doing? Handle with care! ", saying that he took the two wheeler from him and rubbed its seats -handle bar smoothly as if trying to soothe it.
Satish blinked his eyes and checked & rechecked if that was a non living thing or he misunderstood someone special for his Boss as Scooty.
He smirked remembering whose that lucky thing belonged to .. But got confused if his master would ride that damn vehicle or decided to carry it because he was treating that scooty as a most delicate thing ,so he would end up deciding it won't able to carry his weight.
He gave out a relief sigh a when Dev finally started the scooty. But he wanted to pull his hairs out when even a small cyclist boy overtake them. (Dev riding sonakshi's scooty s..l..o...w...l..yyy... and Satish following back).
Finally the parade reached its destinations that is miss. Bose house.
Dev put his finger on the calling bell and heard 'aah -ouch' .
"What the hell. Now calling bells sounds are becoming more weirder. "
Then followed another "aah -maa"
He jumped in his place realizing that was sonakshi's voice that too painful one.
His luck or we could say door's luck (we all know otherwise our hero kicked it and broke to open) the door is not locked.
He ran putting Hussain bolt to shame to the kitchen at the same time Elena too climbed down and entered into it.
There the whole pot of milk spilled on the floor.
Sonakshi leaning on the kitchen slab limping to move backward.
Dev transfixed to see her state.
Elena understood the situation and asked "Sona where did you get hurt? "
Sonakshi pointed down. Dev eyes flew and fixed at her red swollen toes.
Tears started brimming in her eyes made Dev's heart Shrinked with pain.
"Sonakshi it's ok.. It's not hurting ok.. It will heal.. It's not paining ok.. "
"Dev"
"It's just first degree burn.It's not something serious. Ok"
"Dev"
He is speaking more to himself .
"Dev,breathe,calm down.I keep the affected area under running tab , the burning will stop,seeing Dev's anxiety a slow smile crept up her face.
At the very next second she was scooped by Dev and carried to the washroom.
Elena came with an aloe Vera leaf from the garden.
Dev again carried her to the main Hall and placed her on the sofa. In bright light he checked her wounds.
The skin tissues damaged and blisters popped out.
"Miss.bose . What are you? 5 years old? Who asked you try your skills in kitchen? Why can't you understand sonakshi? Why always trying to do which is not your cup of tea and ended up hurting yourself? " he looked up to her face. Concern screamed in his eyes.
"Yes it's not my cup of tea. It's your cup of tea I'm making" sonakshi tried to dilute his tension.
"Hahaha so funny! " Dev applied the silver oxide ointment given by Elena.
"aaah" Sona flinched with pain.
"Ok, OK, it's done. He bent near her toes and blew air. He rubbed her unaffected toes softly to ease her pain.
"Sorry Dev. I spoiled your morning na" she wanted to give him a nice breakfast as a token of thanks but ended up messed everything. She for the first time felt incapable of doing something.
Dev understood the havoc inside her stood up and hugged her tightly. Her head placed firmly against his abdomen. He tightened his hold as if trying to absorb all her pain in him.
Sonakshi looked up gave a enchanting smile to reassure him -she was ok.
Dev bent closer kissed her eyes and nose.
"Ahem.. Ahem.. "
Elena pretending to close her eyes with her hand and said, "guys if you're going to kiss, tell me, i'l move,don't spoil an innocent child "
Sonakshi raised her eyebrow at her "innocent? "..
Elena winked at her.
" we have to consult a dermatologist and a T. T is a must" Dev said firmly.
"No yaar. I'll manage"..
" Haan sonakshi ,Dev is right. I think blisters will pop up. Getting a doctor's opinion is no harm. Please. Dev i'll lock the house. You get her to the car. On the way we will inform mashi " elena rushed to clean the mess at kitchen.
"Dev it's ok. You don't Change your schedules. Otherwise you have to work fot late hours at night. I will... "
"Miss.bose I know you can manage all things on your own. You can run the government too. You can solve 'global warming, ozone depletion' etc all single handedly. But please do honor me by accepting my help. "
"Haan" sonakshi wide opened her mouth, make faces at him - beat him at his arms playfully and tilted her head to one side cutely - put forward her hands -gestured him to Carry her.
A soft orange candy??or a freshly blossomed orange rose - who is wearing his favorite gajra (hehe inspired by eri's insta pic) she looked so irresistible-so yummy-so delicious to him and all he wanted to just grab her and devour her to his heart's content.
But Dev 's caring side not failed to watch the traces of pain in her beautiful bewitching eyes which she was trying hard to hide it from him.
After half an hour Dev Dixit entered the city hospital carrying his lover cum nutritionist in his hands and directly faced none other than sulking Ishwari Dixit who was very much agitated by her son's absence ..
Oh how embarrassing that was!!!
