In yet another sad incident, two girls from Mumbai were arrested in Hyderabad on charges of prostitution. Following a tip-off, Task Force police raided the luxurious hotels Taj Banjara and Taj Deccan and took Bollywood actress Richa Saxena and Subhra Chatterjee (A Hindi TV serial actress) into custody.

Police are said to be on the lookout for the kingpin Janardhan alias Jani. Reportedly, the clients, along with the managers of the respective hotels who had a hand in this were also arrested. Following the arrests, the accused have been handed over to the Punjagutta police in the city. The two actresses had reportedly flown to Hyderabad from Mumbai on Monday. Further developments regarding the case are awaited. Richa Saxena has acted in a Tollywood film June 1:43.

why have the identity of the clients not been revealed as well

why hide their identity when they are as much part of the supply and demand

Why are only the girls arrested but not the people who demand such services. These girls are forced in this profession only cause of the demand .

no i live in Hyderabad they are saying it's the women who tried trapping rich kids for money

I agree, that women are not always the victim...but how can anyone trap rich kids for money... Was there any proof provided.

And please dont name and shame all marathi actresses... if there is indeed a crime done, then it has nothing to do with the region, caste or religion of the criminal

FYI, none of the actresses is from marathi industry... so please think twice before blaming any region or religion like that

i did not name anybody. I just stated what was shown in news.

Since morning this is what they have been saying. Naming industry and shaming actors are two different things
