He does. But he does not look feminine every time he is clean shaven (WUS). Neetu's feature is not too feminine. (If Ranbir had resembled his dad, he would have looked more feminine imo).

Compared to him, Saif (who was a copy of his mother) looked too feminine in his younger days. That's because, Sharmila had too delicate features.
