Upen asks for another Rs. 10 000, and threatens Sanju with the MMS again
Sanju makes up an excuse in front of K-Aai about Upen being a friend's brother
Sanju asks K-Aai for the money, and K-Aai says that she won't tell Vikram anything about all this
Karan comes home very pissed because he has to have all his papers signed by Rekha
Karan emotionally blackmails Rekha about her shares, and Rekha promises to talk to Karan's dad
Vikram asks K-Aai for the Rs. 5000 back because he needs it
Sanju tells Vikram that she asked K-Aai for the money and Vikram asks her why she needed the money
Upen calls Sanju and tells her to bring the rest of the Rs. 5000 to the same place
Shradha wants to go outside, so Sanju offers to take her out with her

Karan leaves the house in anger and Rekha talks to his parents about the shares
Sanju promises to take Shradha to the park is she eats her food
Neetu can't reach Prakash's office, but he tells her that the office has moved
Rekha throws up, and Karan's parents tell her that she's pregnant. Karan's mom gives him the news
Neetu is telling Prakash about the house bills, and she realizes that he got only half his salary
Vikram tries to stop Sanju from taking Shradha out, but she asks him to trust her, so Vikram eventually agrees
Sanju tells Rachna that she's going to meet Upen and pay him
Vikram tells Rachna he's going out, and Rachna is scared that Vikram is going to follow Sanju

Sanju calls Upen to the park and tells him that she will pay him there
Rekha spreads the news about her pregnancy to the Patils
Vikram, while following Sanju, collides with a woman, who starts to insult him and accuse him of troubling her
Vikram thinks that Sanju is with Sid wants to catch Sid and Sanju red handed
February 4
Shradha wants Pani-Puri, so when Sanju is pulling out money for Upen, Shradha wonders off
Sanju threatens Upen with the police again and says that her account is empty now, just because of paying him
The woman is still giving Vikram an earful (pretending to be hurt) so the people decide to call the police
Some woman comes and asks for money for the lady's medicines, or else she will get the guys to beat Vikram up
Vikram pays the women and rushes off
Sanju realizes that Shradha is missing, and gets worried
Vikram finds Sanju and asks about Shradha. Sanju tells him about the Pani-Puri, so they both go out looking for her
Shradha is in the middle of the road, about to get hit by a truck, but Sanju saves her in the nick of time
Shradha insists about the Pani-Puri, so Vikram slaps her
At home, Vikram is interrogating Sanju and he asks her straight out, who did she go meet in the park?

Vikram tells Sanju to confess that she went to meet Sid
Sanju tells Vikram that Sid is in Paris with Anu, and Vikram says that Sanju never tells the whole truth
Rachna tells Sanju to not worry about Upen and that she will deal with him now, but Sanju tells her not to worry
Sanju and Rachna reach home, and Chandu tells them about Rekha's pregnancy
Sanju – Rachna – Rekha have a sweet moment talking on the phone
Karan is with Mehek in the car and talking about all the property he will get and how he'll kick Rekha out
Sanju explains her helplessness to Devika. She suggests her cop cousin to Sanju again, but Sanju denies, so Devika decided to do something on her own
The next day K-Aai calls and tells Kaku that Sanju and Rachna don't need to come over because they are all going out for some work
February 6
Sanju finds out that Prakash has lost his job
Sanju sees Prakash sitting in the park job searching, and then playing cricket with some boys
Sanju asks why Prakash is hiding this from everyone
Prakash asks Sanju to also not tell anyone
Sanju tells Prakash that he's her hero
Karan tells Rekha that he is giving her his shares, and asks her to sign the papers
Rekha assures Karan that she will get Karan's dad to give him the shares back
K-Aai tells Vikram how attached she has become to Rachna and Sanju
Vikram is still suspicious that Sanju loves only Sid
Vikram decided to ask Shradha about Sanju's wanderings in the park
