The upcoming twist of Zee TV's show Piyaa Albela will show that Pooja will become a victim of a ghost attack and will end up falling very sick. Pooja has turned into a small child mentally and her crazy behavior has turned the whole house upside down.
However, Naren is determined to help Pooja become normal again. Naren is not ready to leave Pooja and this is making Surbhi quiet furious. Pooja will think that it is a real ghost and she will run around frantically and will end up falling down from the stairs. Pooja will end up falling very sick after this incident and all family members will gather around to help her. While Pooja lies unconscious after this incident, Naren will come there and will be shocked seeing Pooja's condition. Naren will try to find out the reason behind Pooja falling sick all of a sudden and he will also get clues about Rahul and Surbhi's hand behind all this.
