if it was sameer then every time he saw dwarkdas he wud be all wierd and wen sameer was outbiddin him for the house way back wen he wud have been like stop and if sameer knew dwarkadas knew he wud never talk badly to him and always listen to him.....i think koki saw wrong (lol) no but somthin is not right and i dont think its sameer

It's kind of confusing like you said, if DD knew Sameer was the murderer all along then Sameer should have some fear for him. So why would he be outbiddin him for the house 😕.
As far as I know, DD could've blackmailed him, you know.

May there is a double role for samir?

It will be very sad for Mausi since she loves janki as her own daughter. I hope it will be someone else since Samir doesnot remember anything.
