Thanks! I am glad the start has been appreciated. But like television industry serves the initial episodes of a story as good and unique but they degrade it with time. -_- I dear exactly this. I am confident of the concept but how well would I be able to execute it and till when, is my concern.

You don't need to be sorry about anything. You are partially (most of it) correct. Just to lay down a couple of facts before I say something, find the below definition as per Wikipedia :
A drabble is a short work of fiction of around one hundred words in length. The purpose of the drabble is brevity, testing the author's ability to express interesting and meaningful ideas in a confined space.
So drabbles aren't just poems and not just to express grief and emotions of a character but a short crisp piece of writing with a limited word count.
Drabbles are used in different context across the forum. One of which is what you stated and the other is series, where a story is split into chapters with each of a word limit of hundreds.
I, for one, write something on the lines of pentadrabble. Where each chapter consists of approx 500 words. I know, pretty confusing. But it's only until now. Because there's this new found information, the literature team has strictly come out stating that only write-ups with a word count of maximum 100 words is eligible as a "Drabble"
So, bottom line of the story is that, I better rename the title. Not a short story though, because I won't be able to wrap this story within 10 chapters. I guess so! It is a Fan-fiction now, with each chapter consisting of a word limit of 500 words approx!
