No, but he is like a big brother, a family friend and what I see is a guide to Priyank, so he did had the right to say what he felt was correct for him at that time.

See friday's / thursday's episode where Priyank cries near the washroom area in front of Luv and says that it pricks him that Vikas chooses Arshi over him and supports her always and this is one of the reasons why he hates Arshi.

Even in yesterday's episode at the end both, Pri and Vikas again grilled each other on the equation they shared with their priorities when the other one simply hates it.

Priyank stayed away from Vikas after his re-entry as he did not want to commit the same mistake again (getting violent while defending Vikas).

Vikas is now maintaining, or pretending to maintain, distance from Priyank as he can see that Priyank has already painted a very negative image of himself.

Till now I thought there was only 1 reason why Priyank maintained a distance from Vikas after re-entry but after watching yesterday's fight at the end of the episode, I realised there were 2 :

1) Priyank after re-entry did mention that Vikas overshadows his friends, which he did not want (see the ED of night where everybody is discussing about the 1st day of Dino task)

2) Yesterday Priyank in a rage did tell Vikas that his father questioned on his sexuality after he was thrown out of BB and things are really not that good after this revealation between the families so most probably Priyank's parents are not very comfortable about this new information which they have got about Vikas and so want their child to be away from him. He did not mention it earlier as he did not want Vikas to get worried.
