Well, whatever I'm writing below is completely my opinion.

This show seems to be inspired from race - and the producers have avoided mentioning the fact as they thought people won't notice.

That's fact.

Apart from that, Haasil is a show that Runs on Indian TV.

So if they show the actual Race storyline, the show will flop badly among the Trp aunties.

Trp aunties drool over and support the female lead, so Glorifying either RV/Kabir over Aanchal's mahaanness wouldn't be accepted by them.

So the show might revolve around Aanchal and then both RV and Kabir will become lovesick pets and it'll become another shaadi saas bahu drama.

Well, now there are contradictory reports coming in-but well, the bro who'll be screwed by Aanchal and the other bro will be the real Male lead of this show

If RV gets screwed, He'll be the lead.

But if Kabir gets screwed, he'll be the hero.

So now from Kabir and Aanchal we've moved to Ranvir and Aanchal.

I don't think this article is possible. See it makes sense that Kabir wants to get back at Ranvir because he's always been pushed aside and given secondary treatment to Ranvir. Kabir using Aanchal to destroy Ranvir makes sense.

But what motive could Ranvir have? He already controls the business. He thinks Kabir is an idiot who loves him deeply and can do anything for him. He has Sarika and Jatin's support. He's got his employees' support and the public's support. Everyone thinks he's a goody-good. Then what does he gain from trapping Kabir and to what end?
